Vanessa gave me a tour yesterday and she was so helpful and informative. What an Amazing experience with her . The amenities are amazing. The pool looks like I am in a resort in the Caribbean. I really hope I get to live here because the apartments are beautiful and the community is amazing.

The staff is wonderful here at this property. I have had nothing but great experiences with the office staff and maintenance staff. It was easy to move in and they made it very possible to make this the best experience we could have because we moved from out of town. Prices are perfect and the interior of the apartment is well kept and very nice! Vanessa in the office has taken very good care of us and she will for you too!!!

Looking for an apartment these days is very stressful, had been to several today at least 3 and out of all of them the ladies in this establishment were amazing and welcoming! I had a wonderful experience loved the atmosphere…… the tour was great 😊

I would highly not recommend this community to any one, It is a dirty, pot smoking neighbors, not safe for kids, and roach infested. Stay away. I moved out because they would enter my apartment with some excuse that they could not prove, they scammed me out of my deposit with false claims. Stay away

I would not recommend this complex to anyone but if you decide to rent from them here are some tips:
- TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING. The entire apartment. Have your own video documentation of a complete walk through. Take pictures of all paperwork you receive from them. They kept nothing on record unless it benefitted them. They will try to charge you for any and every thing when you leave.
- ASK THEM TO PROVIDE EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF ALL CONVERSATIONS. They constantly switch gears and back track on things they say. THEY DONT GIVE RECEIPTS which should already be a red flag that they run a sketchy
