We love our new home! The team made it easy and was very friendly. I travel a lot and finding a new home during the holidays was scary but the Modera team was quick and effective! The community is clean and smell good everyday. You can walk everywhere and the night guard is friendly and professional. He is always finding ways to help and really gives the community that luxurious feel. He is extremely helpful.
Krissen our leasing agent was very communicative and friendly. We couldn’t be happier. We love the amenities and walking around the area! Totally recommend this building!

Terrible management, and the location is riddled with homeless right outside the front door.
The garage is full of trash.
The garage & building have been broken into numerous times and peoples cars have been broken into.
Peoples apartment units have also been robbed at night.
Mail gets stolen on a weekly basis from what I can gather from talking to other residents.
I have been emailing email management about an issue for over 6 months now and for 6 months they have been saying they are working on it. Nothing has changed, I have given up and am ready to leave.
Amenities are okay, but the management

Hello everyone, I usually don't like to do surveys, but I wanted to say how excited I am from my first couple of months here. From the people I've met in the leasing office, they has been helpful and responsive. The amenities are wonderful. Homeless people aside, this place feels very safe. Sarah was my leasing agent. From the start she was very personable and wanted me to find everything I was looking for in an apartment. We toured the studios and 1/1. All of the apartments are amazing (they are brand new). They are on a bit of the small side for the price. My deal breaker was none of the apartments had a tub, only stand up showers (a girl needs her relaxing bath). The amenities are breath taking. However the gym was located in building B which is a 3 minute slow walk. However, given the area I would not be comfortable going to the gym at the hours I like to go ( I would like to

Recently relocated back to LA . We had searched every high end apartment community within the area we were looking to be . Modera has exceeded my expectations on every level . Nisha was extremely helpful upon our arrival and with everything we needed to get situated in our new residence. The building is new and well appointed , the amenities are second to none . The rooftop has the best views of Hollywood , there is ample seating as well as shade , the modern design was well thought out , with oversized comfortable seating with a fire pit and outdoor TV . I just got into town and have been looking for a 1 bedroom. I really like some of the floor plans that faced towards highland and the roof top. The community seems quiet and very clean and I like the fact that it's new. Nisha was amazing, she helped make this place feel like somewhere I can see myself living this summer!

This place used to be great when it first opened, afterwards it became a constant battle between management and their residents.
They will be on point regarding your rent or their covid restrictions with the amenities but will dismiss people breaking into apartments, cars, etc (has happened 4 times, that I know of).
This is not luxury living, you’re pretty much caged into your apartment just hoping people don’t break in into the property. Also worth to mention you are not able to use any of the amenities while still paying the full amount of rent.
If you care about safety I definitely DO

After moving to LA last year, I decided I wanted to live in a more central location and experience a different part of the city. My wife and I have been living at Modera Hollywood for about 4 months now and we absolutely love it. The community is great and everyone who works here has been amazing and super helpful. Nisha, who initially showed us the property, has been incredible. She goes above and beyond to help us and answer any questions we may have. The property in general is very clean, well kept, and the maintenance team is great. There's an app to fill out any Maintenace request, which makes it super easy. This place is amazing to live in . My partner and I recently moved in and since the moment we toured the complex, the staff has been extremely helpful and supportive. We asked tons of questions which Derek and Stephanie took every moment to answer thoroughly. Also the maintenance team is outstanding. Any issue that came up with our home they usually responded to within the same day or next day. My partner and I looked at every single complex in Hollywood and couldn't be more pleased with our decision to live here.

Living at The Modera has been nothing short of nightmarish... Partly due to the building's wood construction (a fundamental aspect The Modera is unlikely to divulge until *after* you move in), the walls/floors/ceilings are paper-thin and the insulation so faulty you can't help but wonder if Mill Creek Residential corruptly paid off inspectors... Moreover, it's not at all uncommon for residents to regularly blast music and cause other untenable noise disturbances sure to keep you up at all hours of the night and wake you up hours before your alarm is set to go off.

I have never been more happy to live in a place than I have to live here. This apartment has gone above and beyond my expectations. The building is completely new, and the amenities are very high quality. The gym is beautiful and the pool is very spacious. No sound travels from the outside to my room. The place is kept spotless and smells amazing.
This is a great place to work from home, as the views are really nice especially on the south facing side of the building. The internet is really fast -- I usually get 900 mbps!
The location is super central to everything. It's super easy to get onto the freeway and there's a lot of good food nearby.

Kathy is an AMAZING Leasing Consultant at Modera. She was SUPER RESPONSIVE and a GREAT ASSET to the community that she worked for. I had a very pleasant experience touring the community during pandemic times with Kathy's help. I found a great unit through Kathy's expertise. 5 star rating for Kathy's service!

I had the privilege of touring this property with Nisha prior to the safer at home order and it was beautiful! The amenities and the apartments were perfect. Even after safer at home was in place, Nisha reached out to me and provided me with a virtual tour of the available unit. She was wonderful and so helpful during the whole process. Modera Hollywood is special. I lived in their sister property Modera Lofts in Jersey City so when I was in process of re-locating from New York to LA and discovered this property was being built - I knew I did not need to look any further.
The Modera brand is exceptional. The quality of the residences, the finishes, the materials, the appliances, the design, the common spaces is the best I have ever seen for a rental - and I lived in NY for 20 years. This particular property is possibly their best. The rooftop with 360 views of all of LA is ridiculous and the pool is better than most high end
