When we initially moved in, we had no issues and loved our apartment and the location. During our lease we received a notice stating that our rent would be increased substantially. After speaking with management, we were very disappointed in their response. They claim to have excellent amenities, however, we had no access to the amenities for the first year and the hot tub has been out of service since we moved in on 03/10/2020 and remains inoperable today. Heritage at Hiddent Creek is a mature, quiet neighborhood that is well kept and well managed. I have really enjoyed renting here and feel like I’m definitely getting my money’s worth. Maintenance has been on top of it, management has been both flexible and professional, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood in a great location. THE GOOD:
Highest livable point in the Springs. Makes for absolutely beautiful sights from nearly any balcony, even those facing inwards which was a concern of mine (although not all of the mountains). Also makes living above the first floor slightly better.
The apartments are pretty nice, they are a bit old but still updated on a regular basis and have a good selection of layouts. Good AC and heat, water pressure is good, and hot water tank is quite large for the apartment, enough for 3+ consecutive full length showers. If I had to name something bad about the apartments themselves it's the

Was told when inquiring about the apartments that the walls and ceiling were thick and did not transfer sound from other units easily. This was true. I can easily here drawers and doors being opened and closed. The construction of these units may possibly amplify sound but i do not know. Throughout the day i hear my upstairs neighbors activities. I mean every footstep, every door shut, intimate activities, toilets being flushed. It doesn't help they they are heavy footed and sounds like they are always dropping objects without regard to those around. Since the 2nd week of moving in i have been

A wonderful experience. Brett was amazing as was the entire staff. Everything was very easy, any issues were taken care of immediately, and we had no problems, whatsoever. They did everything they said that they would do. I would recommend this to anyone for a long-term or even a short term. We were there short term as we were new to the area and I would recommend anyone needing short term rentals to come here because they make it easy for you. If you’re building a new home or new to the area like we were, this is the place for you. The lawn is kept up beautifully And the apartments are clean

I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now and I love them. We recently just renewed our lease and moved from a 3 bedroom to a 1 bedroom that has been renovated and the help and support from staff including the manager was amazing. The manager has put in so much effort into helping us with any questions we have and with any concerns we had moving into the new apartment. Maintenance is super good about getting to concerns. We have only had to call for them about 2 or 3 times and every time they are there same day. My only complaint here is that parking is often not very good at night

This was my first apartment back in 2006 when it was Preserve at Hidden Creek. Since then I've lived in 3 other apartments and a house and I cannot explain how happy I was to move back! None of my other apartments could compare, I feel like I was so lucky and spoiled. The apartments are still as beautiful as ever and the upgraded ones, oh my they are beautiful!!! I came back over a year ago, so I was here during the management transition that is talked about in a lot of the reviews and they are so unfair! The dust has settled after the transition and we are left with an AWESOME office manager,

I've had a great experience here from day one! I was moving to CO from the east coast without any visit to check out apartments beforehand, so I had to rely solely on pictures and reviews. When I arrived, I found that the place was even nicer than the pictures! Sometimes websites & photos can be deceiving, but not here. The office and maintenance staff are all super friendly, the prices are very affordable for the area, and my apartment itself is a perfect fit for me. My fiance and I have lived here for almost a year and though we have had issues with neighbors, we've never had a problem with the office staff. The new management and office staff has always been welcoming, understanding, and very cooperative to any issues that we've encountered. We have also become very close with the very friendly and hard-working maintenance staff. We are excited to be re-signing our lease with our amazing new renovations. The apartments are very spacious and very fun to decorate and make it a comfortable living space.
