We have only been here for a few days but we really like it. It seems to be in a really good location and the apartment has a lot of space. We like the additional storage area on the balcony and the fact the two pools are surrounded by palm trees. The front office staff is willing to help where needed and there are additional cleaning services available that we haven't had at other places we've lived.

All in all, the management office has been friendly and responsive. Neighbors are variable as anywhere one may rent. Still I am very satisfied with the value, accomodations, and amenities. The location is convenient with many restaurants, convenience and grocery stores a close drive away.

My experience has been up and down. My first year was amazing!!! The neighborhood was peaceful and I felt as if I didn’t have to worry much and that I was protected. The last two years though have been rough, the rent increases but it’s the the security decreases. I honestly don’t feel protected or safe in my home. Every time you turn around I’m getting something stolen. I can’t afford to keep replacing my items.

The 2 Maintenance men that fixed our plumbing issues Worked together as a Team(there's no letter I in the word team). They were quick, attentive, courteous and Know their job requirements very well.
All plumbing is back to factory specs 😃
