I had a great home living experience and would highly recommend Creekstone to anyone. Unfortunately I took a great job opportunity in Dallas and had to move. C/S, maintenance were responsive, the building always smelled, look nice and clean. Office was very professional and responsive. My neighbors were long term tenants and were awesome!

Wonderful place to live. Very quiet during my 3-4 year’s here. After visiting the complex during the time that my Son lived here, I fell in love with this complex. Once I relocated back to Durham, it was the only apartment site that I visited.The Complex’s Mission Statement is reflective in the Office Staff and Matinence Crew. They each take Pride in their work and service provided. Great Place.

It was pretty decent when we first moved in, a little over a year ago but it has definitely gone down in quality lately (possibly due to the change in management staff). They have a big and reoccurring issue with ants and we have been seeing quite a few roaches in the stairwells and breezeways. Valet trash is highly unreliable as they rarely collect the trash at night which does not help the pest problem. The community itself is unkept. The buildings, front door areas and breezeways desperately need to be power washed and there is a lot of animal feces around outside. The management/office staff

I have lived here for a full year now and I love it. My apartment is beautiful. Nice fixtures, clean/soft carpet, great open space.
The amenities are great and the staff has always been super helpful with anything I’ve ever needed.
If I had to complain about anything, it’d be that the parking can be a little tight but that’s anywhere.
