They're going up in shared amenities cost in the middle of my lease. Yet since I've moved here there hasn't been wifi in the community lounge. However, when I toured the apartment several months ago prior to signing the lease, they advertised the lounge like it was Godsent. What are you charging more for when you haven't done more? Not a place for students.

I love it here! It’s ducked off so there’s rarely any noise or action happening that will deter you from living here
Maintenance, community and environment is pretty well kept
My only thing is if prices are going to keep going up, current updates should happen within as well (appliances, amenities, etc.)

I've loved my experience at this complex so far. Very timely in handling any issues or maintenance needs. Staff has been fairly friendly and do a good job of communicating with residents when there are issues or upcoming maintenance jobs taking place. The facility is working on the occasional roach problem. It's not a long standing issue, but they have been diligent on getting it handled with routine exterminations. Overall, I'd recommend this complex to anyone. Lovely amenities as well.

By far, one of the best apartments in Atlanta… seriously. To be located between Midtown and Buckhead—but tucked away enough to not have to stress over crime—is the primary reason I chose The Row. The staff and amenities made my experience even better.
Both Darian and Michael at the front office have been especially helpful, courteous, and diligent. I believe their professionalism can, in part, be attributed to Marilyn’s (manager) leadership, energy, and inviting spirit.
And don’t even get me started on the maintenance team. They’re fantastic! Specifically, Cary has been so helpful

Great maintenance and leasing staff! I submitted a maintenance request for a simple bathroom sink leak. While he was here, employee Cary Aaron took the extra effort to fix my faucet because he noticed it was also leaking. While it may have been a small fix, I appreciate the preventative maintenance to make sure it doesn't lead to repeat requests and residents are taken care of. I have lived here for almost 4 years and this type of service is the reason I continue to renew my lease. Thank you!

We love the location and the apartments are priced very well. There has been a lot of issues regarding the utilities from a group of the tenets. We had an unknown leak in our apartment which led to a $200+ water + sewage bill each month and these were months we had been out of town for the majority. It took management almost 3 months to resolve for us and resulted in us nearly getting evicted because we refused to pay until this was resolved (the Nextdoor app can give you much more insight on the overcharged utilities issue). We are sure there are a lot of issues that are out of the control of

Update: I appreciate that the management keeps safety as a priority with fire inspections including the sprinkler systems. Upon proper inspection it was determined that one of our sprinklers needs to be replaced. Maybe it would work just fine, but I appreciate them caring and making sure that we are safe.
Safe gated pet friendly community with large beautiful apartments with lots of upgrades! Location is great! The Row has been under new management for quite some time and the improvements have been remarkable!

I've lived at The Row for 3 years and it's been pretty great! The location cannot be beat, as there is convenient access to both 75 and 85, it's equidistant to Buckhead and Midtown, very close to the restaurants and shops of Westside Provisions District and Atlantic Station, and is situated along the northside beltline trail- perfect for walks/runs, dogs, and kids.
I've felt safe over the years, and cannot hear any road noise as the complex is tucked back off Peachtree and the side I live on is opposite 75N. The facilities have been renovated substantially over the last year

I moved to The Row at 26th in November, and my process was seamless. Khalilah stayed in constant communication with me during the weeks prior to my move-in. Any minor issues I have had were promptly taken care of by maintenance. I also want to give a shout-out to Tim. I had ankle surgery and was unable to take out my trash. Tim came and checked on me each week and took my trash out for me. I'm not sure of any other community that would have gone over and beyond for the residents.
