We are currently only accepting requests for tours. If you choose to use our online scheduling tool to request a tour, a member of our team will contact you back to confirm the time, plus all currently available touring options. For a guided tour come and meet with the leasing agent five minutes prior to your appointment in our central leasing office.

So happy that the Canopy exists!! My partner and I moved here at the end of December 2020. Having never lived in Richmond, or Virginia for that matter, the Canopy is a perfect place to land. Previously we were living in Los Angeles but once the Pandemic shut everything down we took that as an opportunity to start fresh in a new city. We are so happy that we chose beautiful Virginia and fortunately got jobs out here. We had to find a place to live rather quickly. On top of learning a new city, making new friends and basically starting over, we didn’t have much energy left for things such as household

From dawn to dusk Canopy is a great place to call home. The location is convenient to downtown, I- 64/95 in one of Richmond's best areas, at the edge of Ginter Park.
Walkable to restaurants and stores. A quiet modern complex with a lot of amenities and a great staff willing to help if you need it. It's not surprising Canopy has been full or close to it since it opened.
We have enjoyed being here.

From Sophie in leasing to the front desk support, this move was effortless and satisfying. Gorgeous apartment, tons of green space in the midst of one of Richmond's premier old neighborhoods, and a diverse and quiet apartment community. For all of these reasons and more, I am very happy with my move here.

We are having a great experience at the Canopy. We are currently renovating our home nearby and it has been wonderful to find an apartment with so much green space and dog friendly. The floor plan layout is much nicer than other complexes we visited and there is ample parking. I'm also impressed with the amenities: luxurious pool, large gym, and dog washing room. What truly sets it apart is the managers- Foster, Nikki, Gabby, and Sophie makes us feel at home and go above and beyond even though we are here for a short time. Highly recommend!
