They’re super responsive to maintenance requests. I recently had issues with the washing machine and put a request in late one night. Maintenance was super responsive and fixed the washer the next morning! I never worry about maintenance here because everyone is so helpful in a timely manner.
Also shoutout to the folx making sure the pool and spa are ready to use year round! We enjoy using the spa in the winter and the pool in the summer.

A few things in my apartment needed some work done. Daryl was quick to respond to my request and called ahead to make sure he arrived at a convenient time. When he came, he was extremely efficient and helpful with the tasks I had requested as well as asking if there was anything else. He is a great asset to the staff.

I’ve lived at Broadstone for 5 years and I still love it. The maintenance crew is amazing. I requested one service, I came home to find they had done 4. After a long work week, how nice to come home to those things being done without even asking. Lose door handle, refrigerator filter. It’s those little things that make this crew great!

The only thing good about this apartment are the maintenance personel.
way low grade amenities and terribly managed than the other apartments in the area - there is a reason they charge a bit less compared to neighboring newer buildings. the leasing office is rude and impersonal, non responsive - worst of all Greystar properties i have lived in. the garage is broken most of the time - the gated entry is a farce. people can actually get in using the stairways in the "secure" part for which they charge your big bucks- last year i saw one car break in the top level of the "secure" area. the list

I’ve lived in many communities across Denver for the past 20 years and this place has outdone them all. The pool is superior. Management is so solid and I feel safe and always part of a great community!

I recently moved in and found a few things needed to be fixed around my apartment. I was impressed with how quickly Daryl from maintenance responded after I submitted a service request online! He was very attentive and respectful. It’s nice knowing you’re in good hands when it comes to maintenance requests!

Don't move here if you cherish your personal property. I have lived here for 2 years and have had several things stolen from my enclosed patio. I've also had my bike stolen from inside of a supposedly secured building and my bike had a lock on it. When I called building management they said they would be happy to provide security footage to the police department and then proceeded to tell the police that their cameras don't record anything. SERIOUSLY?! The apartment itself looks nice and modern but I know entirely too much about my neighbors without even knowing their names. There is minimal insulation

I have had a lovely experience living here at the Broadstone so much that I have extended my lease for another 15 months! I think the best part of the complex is how efficient the maintenance team is and if there is ever an issue, they are quick to come and fix whatever is needed. Daryl has been one of the most helpful around here.

I am VERY pleased with the turnaround time when it comes to maintenance requests. I had an issue with my shower and within hours Daryl shows up at my door ready to do service. The entire job took no time at all. Its always nice to know your residence has qualified individuals to get the job done. As Daryl was walking out, he noticed that I needed a water filter for our refrigerator and offered to change it on the spot. The service is exceptional, we really feel valued at Broadstone on 9th and if I could give Daryl 10/5 rating I would. Very professional and easy to talk to. Chris is also an awesome

The 2 and a half star rating makes complete sense. We don't even live here and we had a horrible experience when trying to tour the complex. The leasing agents were incredibly rude. My boyfriend and I were interested in a specific unit but we still wanted to tour the complex and see the amenities. Instead they showed us a YouTube video of the unit we wanted and sent us our way. You would think that they would try to show us around to sell the place but they were so stand offish. Definitely will not consider this complex.

I have lived at Broadstone for just over a year now and I have been very disappointed with the safety of the property and the management. Earlier this year, our bikes were stolen from the bike rack in the parking deck where you need a keycard to access. The person sawed through our Kryptonite locks. Many other bikes have parts missing in this area. Then, this week, my car was vandalized in the parking deck. This area is supposed to be secured with cameras. Management says they are not liable for any property in the parking deck. We pay entirely too much money for our property to be damaged and

Love the community here at Bon9th. It is quiet and super close to everything I love in Denver. I live in a studio and it is the perfect size for me. In unit washer/dryer is a game changer.

We've lived here for just over a year and have enjoyed it so far. Management has always been responsive when we have questions or need something fixed. We have neighbors on all sides but rarely hear any noise from other tenants. The facilities (gym, pool, club house) are all nice and generally in good repair. Overall, I'd say that living here has been a positive experience.

One month in and this has been the worst experience in renting in Denver. Leasing agent Sean, doesn't not communicate with potential tenants appropriately, and will go days if not weeks without a response. We move in and the cleaning lady left everything there, the apartment was dirty, refrigerator had food left in the drawers, bathroom tub didn't drain, and we had to go out to buy supplies to fix it, indicating that either they just didn't care or never cleaned the bathtub. There was a plumber there drilling holes in our wall, and nothing about the apartment was ready to be moved

I am a current resident. We moved in 4 months ago, and have had a miserable experience dealing with property management and maintenance. The problem is still unresolved and the management team has had no sense of urgency to fix this, so I feel I have no recourse but to share my experience with prospective tenants.

There is a pipe behind our bedroom wall that repeatedly knocks against the drywall whenever a toilet is flushed or a shower is turned on. Not only in our apartment, but any apartment below us that shares the same pipe. This wakes us up when someone showers early in the morning or flushes

Great apartment complex; the amenities are wonderful. Neighbors are nice and quite. Love the area; restaurants/entertainment within walking distance, bank, Trader Joe's grocery store nearby.

This place is one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in, everyone is so nice and it’s so dog friendly! I have also met some of my best friends here at Broadstone on 9th so I recommend coming and checking this place out. Five stars all around!

One of the e mail that I sent them..... no answers.... had to make many calls and e mail before to have part of our money back:

"This is ridiculous, when we moved to Broadstone, we specifically ask to have a $1500 rent, nothing more than that. We were charged the 1st month $1507, every month we paid a bit more and more. By the end, we spend $1645.
What kind of rental make teanant pay for sewer, pest control and commun area electric?
The last few days we have been there, we got charged the whole month up front; and don't have the full amount that we should have back. Now we see random

Incredible experience since moving in in June. Maintenance requests are handled within hours, management is friendly and accommodating, incredible location. Only complaint is other residents not cleaning up after their pets.

Hopefully I will not have to amend this review later with a negative one, but unlike a handful of people here, I have had a pleasant experience leasing here thus far.

The amenities are great and I have not encountered any major issues thus far. Certainly, as mentioned in other reviews, the staff could be a bit more attentive with returning phone calls or emails, but it's nothing an in-person visit via a short walk to the leasing office will not fix.

Additionally, every apartment complex that I have lived in charges every tenant for utilities in common areas whether it's a line item

You may notice a trend with the bad reviews - they all come from people that have constructed not even a dozen other reviews. This leads me to believe that these people are complaining just to complain (i.e. the apartment complex has no way of toning down the volume of the bar across the street).

First off - I've never had an issue with the staff here. They have always been kind and courteous when I've visited the office. In fact they've even provided free breakfast in the past and recently held a meet and greet for residents to open up about any concerns that they may have.
