Our experience at Landmark has been nothing but great. This was our first apartment and we’ve decided to renew another lease because we enjoy being here so much. The pro’s of living here are the cleanliness of the community, maintenance is super fast friendly, Tiffany, Stefanie, and Jessica (Management) are amazing and helpful. This community happens to be pretty quiet as well. The cons are that we frequently see gigantic spiders on our Patio/screens , and a few have been found inside. The washers and dryers will sometimes destroy your clothes by leaving oil stains on everything. Besides that

Management and leasing seem to have some very shady practices. Despite posting ads inviting people to "schedule a tour today" for an "immediately available" unit, the tours are never allowed. Each time I have attempted to set up a tour, I have been given a different lie about why I can not see the unit. At first I was told that tours were only… allowed after the lease was signed. Then I was told they didn't want the future tenant of the unit to worry about catching Covid from someone who had toured the unit previously. If you are not sure you want to live here, do NOT apply (or you'll lose $235). Assistant manager is very misleading with the application/deposit fees. Document you sign will state $200 is reimbursable if you don't sign a lease in 48 hours. Then they'll show you a sheet AFTER you're accepted stating the deposit is non-refundable. They will tell you "you should've inquired first". Save your money and apply elsewhere.

I've lived here 2 years. Overall it is good. Maintenance responds to requests and it is safe. You have your normal apartment issues like a crazy neighbor here and there. I think it is a little overpriced for what you get but it is safe and maintenance has been reliable which are pretty important things in my view.

I lived here for a year . When I first moved in , the apartment was NOT in excellent shape I would say more of good with cracks showing in the ceilings and walls and the light lamp hanging ( which I did report ) . I was told 2 times that I can stay in the apartment a extra 2-3 days if need and NO ONE from the office mentioned anything about a prorated rent until literally this morning which is Dec 4th , the first time was offered. I tried communicating and letting her know NO ONE TOLS ME ABOUT A PRORATED FEE and she said well we didn't tell you but you still have to pay ( she was one that

My husband and I lived here for almost 4 years, we liked it! Number one selling point was gates in the front (which worked maybe 80% of the time... it would get knocked down by a delivery truck about twice a year) and key fobs to the building. We felt safe here for sure. I will say, when the gates weren't working one time, I did have my car broken into twice in the 4 years we lived there. I accidentally left my car unlocked and thankfully I don't keep anything in my car, but definitely unnerving at the time. There are no garages here, just covered areas. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed living in our apartment at Landmark! The grounds were always well manicured, maintenance was fast and efficient, snow removal and salting of the sidewalks was always done early in the mornings during the winter, and it was very quiet and enjoyable! Our utilities were reasonable for our apartment space and Stephanie and the other girls in the office were great to work with! We lived there for two years and were sad to leave! We would definitely recommend living here!

I have lived at Landmark for about 9 months now and I am very impressed with the management at this complex! I have lived at a couple complexes where the leasing office just does not care, the maintenance just throws duck tape on things and calling it "fixed". I absolutely love the layout of my apartment and I love the complex landscaping. It has a huge nature vibe with the trails in the woods and being able to catch and release with the pond. In the last couple of months they have gone through and completed multiple landscaping projects and fixed minor things to buildings and carports

I absolutely love this community! The property manager, assistant manager and leasing consultant are all amazing! They make sure that the answer any questions need and are all very sweet. Maintenance is great! The maintenance makes sure request are complete in a reasonable amount of time. I don’t see myself living any time soon!

I can't think of a single thing that this apartment community's management can do to improve my experience as a resident. The property is gorgeous, the atmosphere peaceful, the office staff invariably competent and courteous--and the maintenance is the best I've ever seen anywhere! Love living here! Keep up the excellent work, Landmark!

My husband and I moved in here- our first apartment after we got married. We lived here for two years and I honestly don't have any complaints. Maybe because we got a remodeled place, but it was very nice and clean and new when we moved in. They have also remodeled the pool area which is very nice and added extra security locks to the building. I dealt with maintenance several times and it was always satisfactory. They fixed the A.C. when it was broken, there was a flood and they dried and cleaned the carpets for us- good as new. he main office was tidy and clean and smelled good and the office

Love these apartments. I really wanted to move here but being a full time student I can't. I went and looked at these gorgeous apartments twice. The staff here is amazing and very helpful. I loved that they have the gate and even if someone gets through the gate they still have to have a special key to get into the building or be let in. Wish I could've moved here.

I live in one of the apartments here and I would not recommend this building to anyone. The building in which I stay did not have proper infrastructure to get Comcast and hence we were rudely told to get AT&T as the apartment complex legal responsibility is to ensure that you have light and water not internet.
There is construction going on and it is hard to stay in the apartment especially if you have a dog. No compensation or consideration for the inconveniences.

I love living here. The staff are great. The area is nice and the complex is laid out nicely with a pool a lake and walking trails. The apartments are a great size and have a lot of storage. Best apartment I've lived in and I plan to stay as long as I can!
I only have a few things that would be nice to have but aren't worth deducting a star. 1. Trash&Recycling near each building instead of only one central stop. 2. Ceiling fans.
