Guinevere was a great place to live! Tom and Hailey were amazing, and the maintenance team was very quick to get any and everything we needed taken care of. Guinevere is in a great neighborhood, and it’s really close to some good restaurants. The community is well taken care of and was a great place to call home!

We just moved into Guinevere. Our new home is clean and comfortable. Although the building is older, its clearly well cared for and clean. Tom and Luke have taken amazing care of us as well. The Greenwood location is walkable and we love being close to a couple of parks and the Fred Meyer.

The Guinevere apartment and management staff was all around awesome. They were phenomenally accommodating, very clear at communicating, and went above and beyond to help with little things. There were multiple times where Tom/Luke stayed after their typical hours to help my roommate and I out.
The apartments are nice in size, have good commodities (free gym/lounge), they throw events & provide food once in awhile, there are a ton of cool little pubs/restaurants around, and the value is great. However, the best part was having an awesome management team that went consistently above and beyond to

I would have given it a 4 star, which I think is good since 5 stars for an apartment complex would mean perfection and no issue, but as some apartments are being upgraded to laminate or wood flooring (not sure which it is) the sounds have really become annoying for the people below those apartments. You can hear all movement, even if someone drops a small item, etc. I can hear my neighbors walking throughout their place all day, including their dog, which I couldn't previously. This is my 4th year here and likely my last.
Also, during the covid-19, I asked if I could switch apartments as this

If I could give Guinevere 0 stars, I would. My sister and I lived here for three years (2017-2019). We were clean, responsible and reliable tenants. We moved out in August and 4 months later we received a call from a collections agency saying we have an outstanding bill with Guinevere. After we moved out, Tom (the Manager) said that the paint on the walls was worse than the typical wear and tear, referring to candles and pictures on the walls. Note that we had a couple pictures in each room and would light candles periodically, nothing excessive. The lease contract we signed never said anything

This was my second apartment in Seattle, and boy am I glad i landed here. First off this place is right next to one of the coolest neighborhoods in Seattle. The team there fixed any problem I had promptly. Feels secure, clean common areas always clean and the tenants are friendly. I was about to leave because of a roomate situation and I was very bummed about it. Amy, one of the community managers, was super patient with me. She showed me multiple units a handful of times. She definitely went out of her way to help me find a perfect one bedroom. All in all greenwood rocks, I'll be staying

Guinevere is a great place to live. The neighborhood is nice and in walking distance to just about everything you need. The neighbors in the building and surrounding area are also very friendly. If you have a dog or kids there is a very nice park just up the street. The grounds are kept clean and the building is secure. It is also connected to the Monkey Grind Espresso Bar which has the best coffee in town (in my opinion). With all of that said the best part of Guinevere is the staff. They are extremely nice and professional. Every time I stop by the office my dog and I are greeted with a smile

They have had multiple burglaries in the garage the last year and a half. I know 3 people (including my boyfriend) who have had their windows smashed. During that period their parking rates have increased while they have not added any security, and of course they hold themselves not liable. Clearly management is only about profit and not the about providing a safer environment for their tenants. $900/year for your "secured parking".

My wife and I were looking for apartments before we moved to Seattle, and Guinevere offered the smoothest apartment hunting experience I've ever had. They allowed our friend to walk us through with us on video chat while we awkwardly asked questions of the building manager. She was super helpful throughout the process and we had a lease agreement within about an hour.

Even after we had an agreement, my wife and I kept waffling about what we wanted in an apartment, and Guinevere allowed us to switch units a few times before we moved in (as the units became available).

There's pretty

I’ve lived here for three years with my boyfriend and we love it. Guinevere is located in the heart of Greenwood, so tons of bars and restaurants are within walking distance; Greenlake park and Golden Gardens are only minutes away; and we are within a 5 mile radius of Ballard, Fremont, U-District, Phinney, Wallingford, and more.
Guinevere is not only in a great location, but it’s also reasonably priced, they have good amenities, it is a secure building, and the management is invested in every resident’s satisfaction.
The Assistant Manager, Amy, is very personable, helpful and is actually

I've been here for a year, having recently moved in with my partner who has been there for several years now. I'm impressed not only with the facilities and the community (I made friends with neighbors in a few weeks compared to my last place where I lived for seven years and knew nobody), but also with the quality of management. They are super responsive if we have any kind of problem or question, and are very communicative up front if there is some kind of work being done in the building. Plus, the work being done on the building is almost entirely upgrades--better light fixtures in

Overall, I was satisfied as a tenant here.
The apartment staff was excellent--Christina was always responsive and addressed any issues promptly. I had the same experience with maintenance as well.
The area is great, lot of access to restaurants and parks, relatively quick to get onto the I-5.

We lived in Guinevere apartments for 2 years. Unit #B325.
We enjoyed every days when we was there. It was so quiet we thought nobody was living next to us.
The building is very safe and close to many convenient places(banks, shopping, eating etc....)
The management is very helpful, we get all of our deposit back plus half the last rent because we move out early.
I would recommend for anyone who needs a rental apartment.

I am very happy with my decision to move here. The apartment managers (Christina and Philip) have been awesome and very helpful. I have everything I want in an apartment (washer/dryer/dishwasher, huge balcony, pet friendly, and secure parking), and you can't beat the location, close to everything cool in Greenwood!

Okay at best... the hallways smell like the fragrance department of Nordstrom, making it hard to breath. The "amenities" are bottom line; tiny workout room that they put a soft drink vending machine in, as opposed to say... MORE WORKOUT EQUIPMENT. They will take as much of your security deposit as possible... my wife and I kept a very clean apartment, never damaged anything, yet they took all but $50 of the $700 we should have gotten back. Also, there are tons of break-ins in the "secured" parking garage that they charge for, yet allow businesses to reserve several spots

My boyfriend and I lived here for about a year and a half and were AMAZED with the service this apartment offers. Their management and maintenance teams are absolutely stellar. Their response time to tenants needs is within an hour (during office hours) and if you contact them after hours, you'll hear back early the next day. If you need maintenance, they're there within 24 hours, usually sooner than that and honestly, every time we had a maintenance issue (only about 1-2 times during our lease) the issue was resolved before we even knew it. As many people know, great apartments are few

I have lived at Guinevere for 2 years. The location is great, building is quiet and well kept. They are very dog friendly and managers are great and friendly. Any time I've had a maintenance request it is taken care of right away.
Your rent will go up every year...this time 90.00...yikes, but to be expected in Seattle, I guess. Nice place to live 😊

Lets start off this review by being realistic. You are going to pay for location.
That being said I have nothing but great things to say about this place.

-The apartments are trendy and bright. They have a cozy feeling without feeling to cramped.

-The doorways are huge. This doesn't seem like a big deal now, but when you are trying to squeeze your hide-a-bed through a smaller doorway somewhere else, you will think of this review...

-They allow pets w/ no pet rent (but there is still a deposit/fee).

-The management is, hands down, the single best I have ever dealt with in my time as a

I don't live here but I went to take a look at these apartments for a couple of reasons, 1) proximity to work, 2) allowing a pet rabbit ( a lot of apartments won't allow a pet rabbit because they are seen as "an exotic" animal), 3) competitive price. The apartment was easy to find and is in a good neighborhood. The grounds and property were well kept. We interacted with Eric who was very professional, knowledgable and detail oriented. We looked at a 1 bedroom apartment. It had a carpet flooring and was semi updated. There is garage parking which is extra or you can park on the

Grounds and property are well kept, staff is great. I never really saw my neighbors as most are in college or working like I did. It was always quiet.

Two blocks from the greenwood strip, with great bars/food.

Price is not competitive, my rent went up over $400 over the 5 years living here. $1200 for a studio is crazy - I live in West Seattle where $1300 got me a two bedroom + den.

I've lived here for 3 months so far and have no major complaints. Unheard of for apartment living, isn't it?

My room up on the top (4th) floor has a great view and my neighbors are pretty quiet. With the windows open, you might not like the road noise from 85th st traffic. The "fitness" room could be better--the machines seem cheap and not well maintained. Underground parking is nice but it isn't free. Overall, I like this apartment and wouldn't mind renewing my lease.

The rooftop terrace is a nice bonus as well.
