Whether a person is looking for a good workout, tension release, flexibility, an hour of peace and stillness in the mind, or a study of the self, yoga will provide. FitYoga is an incredible practice of connection through your mind, your body, and the deepest spaces of your self-awareness and intention.

Jill Murawski's mission at FitYoga is to make yoga accessible and approachable for everyone while also offering an opportunity for a deep, transformative experience. I have enjoyed Jill's style of teaching very much. I have taken several yoga classes at other locations and felt at home from the first class that I took from her.

Thank you (owner) Jill for your kindness and ease in instruction. I had a good time, and love the lavender (and rosemary?!) eye packs during our freestyle final relaxations. You do not pressure anyone to go beyond their comfort level, but encourage us to stop if something feels wrong. I enjoy you explaining things very well, when to inhale vs exhale, what certain stretches and holds are doing for your organs, joints, and muscles. It is a very calm environment with delightful people. I will see you again soon. Mary
