Great living experience, renewed my lease and honestly I’m super picky when it comes to these things.
The staff is extremely helpful especially Amy, she has been such an amazing help whenever anything was needed, extremely grateful for such helpful and caring people.
Maintenance staff is honestly the best I’ve ever seen, super personable and helpful.

Love living here. super close to anything you would need, dog friendly, friendly neighbors, gorgeous pool, and the staff is 10/10. they are responsive, sensitive, kind, and always take care of their residents. i have a super cute unit and the process was so smooth. only 4 stars due to multiple car break ins and a homeless man sleeping in my jeep when i had the top off. overall, it’s great living here, just lock your car!!! :)

I believe I was racially profiled and experienced discrimination. I applied for the apt (site unseen, online) and was approved with conditions. I was unable to upload my pay stubs due my companies portal being down and the leasing agents were aware of that. When I spoke with them via phone they say as long as they're uploaded before move in then we're good to go! Well the next day I showed up in person to view the unit. I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Vue Fitzhugh was actually like no other in the apartment searching world. I was amazed at the cleanliness of the complex, but also worried about the price due to the look. I “assumed” the price would be too much but to my amaze it wasn’t. The young lady in the office Ms. Newton was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the office was calming and her friendliness was relaxing. The other staff members came to talk to me and were just as welcoming as Ms. Newton. I can’t wait to live here, I just know my time there will be stress

This is my favorite apartment complex I've lived at. Ever since I've moved in, the leasing office has been extremely helpful and very responsive to anything I've needed. I can't think of a time I needed something or had an issue and the leasing office didn't address it immediately! Preston deserves a raise as he is always going above and beyond to help out residents here.
I'm going to miss living here 😭. The office staff is super cool and friendly. Units are modern and rent is reasonable for the area. Free Starbucks for residents in the office! Overall it's pretty quiet and neighbors are respecting

I've lived here for almost a year and can see no reason to lease anywhere else. Hall ways are always clean, neighbors never get too loud and the maintenance team is always punctual. What I love the most is the convenience. There's gas stations and restaurants within walking distance and it's only a $6 Uber to McKinney ave, Deep Ellum and Lower Greenville. Preston the property manager is beyond amazing always polite and helpful.

Called two weeks ago to book an appointment to see an apartment. I called ahead saying Hi I'm gonna be early is that ok? He responded saying they no longer had a one bedroom to rent. So I replied ok, was anyone going to contact me telling me not to show up? I traveled almost 2,000 miles and I was about to drive there for nothing? He responded "thanks so much for the training advice" I understand you can't contact everyone, but if you see an appointment on your calendar to show a 1 bedroom that's not available anymore, you could have called, it's called customer service

Big plus that it is dog friendly and have pet social events from time to time to take the pups to!
Maintenance and management are very professional and do an amazing job of completing work orders and answering any questions or concerns.
Location is ideal if you're taking 75, you swiftly leave the garage and hop right onto the highway in a matter of minutes.
Will be renewing my lease here!

Lived here for a year and had I been able to afford a 1 bedroom by myself, I would have kept living here.
Overall the staff and facilities are great. Rosie and Hector almost always completed my work orders same day or next day; depending on when I put them in the system.
Only a couple complaints, the living room didn't come with a ceiling fan, so I had to install my own. And because of there not being any carpet in the living areas/kitchen, I could hear everything my upstairs neighbors were doing. I know a single family lived up there, but it sounded like a zoo at all times of the day and

There are plenty of things to like about the Vue. Move-in was easy, we got lots of savings for signing the lease early (free year of washer-dryer, took half off our security deposit, etc.), the pool area is pretty and well-maintained, the gym is decent and almost never full, and we met plenty of nice people (and dogs!). The maintenance crew is super friendly and helpful as well.
However, the noise and issues from our neighbors was enough to make us decide about 4 months into our lease that we would not be renewing at the end of the year.

I have lived in the Vue for 3 years and it has been my favorite apartment experience in Dallas so far! The management team is attentive and accommodating, the property management company is continuously investing in new amenities (new gym, new lobby, new outdoor community seating). The apartments are amazing. The staff is amazing they are so friendly and kind. They fix things in a great amount of time. I love the privacy and gated community. If I wasn’t looking for a house I would definitely renew my lease here. Pricing is fair for the area. You are literally down the street from everything! Good job Tipton Group and Vue at Fitzhugh

I have lived here for three years, and overall, I loved it... until the property changed Management companies a couple of months ago. I absolutely loved the office staff when Waterton was managing the property, but now that the Tipton Group is managing, I have had numerous issues, including:
- they charge you to pay your rent online, even via e-check (it is reasonable to charge a fee for paying by credit card, but it is unacceptable to charge a fee for using bank autodraft. I have never heard of another company charging for this)
- I attempted to call the security hotline early one morning

I am very pleased with this complex! If you've read my review on my last apartment you'll see I had all sorts of problems, so Vue Fitzhugh is such a breath of fresh air. I have lived here for 10 months now and will likely renew (as long as the price stays reasonable). I have only had ONE real problem here which was taken care of quickly by the staff. Most of the residents here are young professionals (with the one exception of college students next door as far as I've seen). Parking is ample, even for visitors. The pool and weight room are nice as well as the business center in

I Love this place. i have stayed here for about a year now and love everything about it.... the location is great. being in the middle of uptown with is awesome you like in the middle of the scene of everything. very friendly staff from the top to the bottom. if you need a place to stay i say go for it
