Combining traditional mat exercises with straps, springs and bars attached to a trapeze, the Cadillac helps stretch, lengthen and tone the body. Using springs, straps and pulleys for assistance and resistance the Reformer offers an exercise experience that is low impact and great for toning and strengthening.

Add some cardio into your workout by adding the jumpboard! A rebounder attached to the end of the Reformer, the attached springs take gravity out of the equation to lessen the stress on the joints allowing the muscles to really work and to get your heartrate elevated! Using springs of varying resistance attached to pedals, the chair offers an energetic workout that tones and strengthens the body with a large variety of exercises.

At Pilates By Design, we will motivate you to discover the source of strength within yourself no matter your experience through an elevated fitness experience with a personal touch. We teach you how to take care of yourself, finding and improving the quality of your movement so you can live your life to the fullest.
Primal Pilates or Primal Foundations is an explorative mat based class, that follows the progressions of our early motor development teaching the fundamentals of human movement; expanding on our ancestral roots and dynamic animal like movements. Discover the freedom and play in movement you had as a child through a series of movement experiences that are fun, functional and flow from one to the next.
Our goal at Pilates By Design is to make Pilates accessible to everyone through a reasonable pricing structure that allows a greater variety of clientele to have the opportunity to experience the benefits of Pilates. We also offer Private Instruction, for both individuals and small groups. With personal, one-on-one attention, we can address specific issues that may not be covered during regular class times.
Whether you've never done Pilates before, lots of time has passed since you've taken a class or are just looking to switch to our studio our process is the same: everyone is required to have an introductory session in either a class or private setting. With this intro we introduce you to our equipment as well as our fitness philosophy, as it may differ from other studios.
A Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, Jeni started teaching Pilates in 2004 and has been working with Pilates equipment since 1996. Passionate for Pilates, she aims to help others discover their inner strength, developing and enhancing her clients' physical abilities. BASI (Body Arts and Science) trained, she also has experience with varying Pilates practices and styles.

Jeni and her team are truly amazing at what they do! Seriously the best Pilates studio in n ca ! Can’t say enough good things about them. Went there for physical therapy and they worked wonders in just a few sessions- extremely knowledgeable in what they do. Highly recommended!
