This ice storm brought down a lot of large branches in my back yard. These guys had a crew out as soon as the ice stopped falling to cut it up and haul it away. While here they gentlemen put all of my belongings back together as best they could and place them all neatly together near the house. They were working amongst ice, mud and so much debris. They could have Just chucked my chipped and cracked planters or my daughters crush play house and swing but instead they cleaned them up the best they could and repaired what they could. I can not say enough good things about them.

I would recommend against renting from this company or working with them in any capacity.
For a year, I rented a house managed by 24/7 with a group of young women. During this time, we had to send multiple maintenance orders, and seldom had a request processed in a timely or reasonable manner.
On one occasion, our oven & stove unit stopped working and was not resolved for two full months. Eventually, we did receive a partial credit for the following month, but that was only after several phone calls with representatives where we received mixed messages regarding the resolution of the issue

As a long time resident I can only say they are difficult to work with and uninterested in actually maintaining the property. They will try to strong arm you during rent negotiations, and have seemingly unethical business practices. I imagine they will save a property owner some maintenance dollars in the short term, but your property will eventually suffer the consequences of neglect. The condition of the exterior of the property is disgraceful. I feel for the neighbors.

RENTER BEWARE--they have a system in which they will do an initial walkthrough and final inspection without your presence. After exit you will be charged a significant cleaning fee even if you have met the standards of the contract and you will need to make sure you review your deposit invoice for suspicious charges. The reason for the huge cleaning fee I received (after cleaning the house to a higher standard than when we moved in) was a) "the property owner needs to make a profit" and b) "how would you feel if we said the last tenant cleaned the house?" They attempted to charge us for blinds

It's hard to hand over your precious home to a property rental company, especially given there are so many subpar rental companies out there, but selecting 24/7 Properties was the best decision I could have made. Doug Moe is our guy, and from the get go he has been a pleasure to work with. He is smart, kind, responsive, and very effective. Our property was quickly rented to a quality tenant, and whenever an issue came up he resolved it in a manner that exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to work with this company. Highly recommend.

I lost my job due to Covid and wasn't able to get approved for unemployment yet like thousands of other Oregonian, I made as many payments I could to show good faith but it wasn't good enough for this company. They used tricks and intimidation to ultimately pressure me to move. Showed up unannounced at my property to drop "violation" after "violation". One was that I was conducting a business in the property... wouldn't you think if that were the case I'd be able to make rent payments? After months of 24 hour inspection notices, some only 2 weeks apart I felt uneasy and stressed out... I forgot
