We found Weimin online prior to our trip to New York &, upon arrival, he had arranged a whole list of viewings in various locations. We finally narrowed it down to the UES & he was able to get many viewing appointments at short notices. We would rate Weimin highly when it comes to negotiating. Wei Min is incredibly professional and has years of experience guiding sellers and buyers in the Manhattan condo market. He was instrumental in my search for a West Village apartment, and secured my apartment of choice against three other buyers in a bidding war. He then negotiated with the seller to get us a 3% discount after he noticed that the gas wasn't working in the apartment during our inspection. The gas came back right before my move in date, and the rest is history!
