Services
Located in the heart of historic downtown North Bend, this newly remodeled bakery has been in business for 90 years. Formerly known as Georgia's Bakery (and previously George's), our name now reflects the amazing community that has supported us for almost a century. We pride ourselves on our continued dedication to baking time honored sweet and savory treats, while providing a warm and inviting family atmosphere to relax and enjoy.
We offer a variety of classic and custom cake options. Custom cakes include our more intricate wedding cakes, as well as themed cakes and corporate cakes. Because these cakes are designed specifically for you and require a high level of skill to create, pricing may vary based on complexity. Many people love the idea of providing cupcakes to their guests in favor of traditional cake.

Worst place ever. Please save your money and avoid a distaste. Visited the city on New Year’s Eve, they don’t have anything from their menu. Lastly we ordered a croissant and it was cold and a ham and cheese croissant(a piece of ham just gathered in a bunch). The chai lattes tasted just water, not even to chai when I had to bring it up to the cashier. The cashier took my chai latte with her and don’t know what she did but the latte was just hot and with no flavor to chai at all when she brought it back to our table. Delicious hot milk not on their menu. Not a good place to be.

I lived in North Bend for 3 months, and this was by FAR the best food I found in the area. Everything here is A+ delicious - the cookies, donuts, pastries etc are all divine, and the savory stuff is also delicious. Their quiche in paticular is incredible. Everything is homemade, excellent quality, and full of great flavors (the quiche for example has a ton of tasty herbs).

Very rude staff. Not friendly or welcoming seemed irritated I’m pretty sure the young girl rolled her eyes when I asked a product question and placed an order. Cold coffee. Bad experience. Didn’t even hear her tell me the total it just seemed like the proper time to insert my card so I did. Another lady from the back wished me a happy Thanksgiving. One of the rare times I don’t tip. If they don’t want people coming in there and ordering things and they shouldn’t be open let alone be in customer service.

Homey bakery, simple and so delicious!! We tried a variety of their baked goods from oatmeal cookies to raspberry bar, divine! We also had lentil soup (my personal favorite there) and a meatball calzone. Both were very good! Prices are very reasonable!!! Absolutely one of my favorite bakeries (will always travel outside Seattle for something yummy, savory or sweet!!!

Truly love this place. Everything just feels so authentic and about the community. The lines can be long, and the wait can be a pain, but there is just something so wholesome about this place. All of the baked goods are really yummy and are always a hit with out household. The King Donut (not shown in the picture) is also such a fun treat to get! It can be split between a few people!
The coffee here is meh, but I don't usually come here expecting good coffee, I come here expecting good baked treats and they always hit it out of the park.

We had a blueberry donut from here at Aroma cafe that was spectacular, so we stopped by here a week ago, waited in line 20 minutes, and tried a handful of donuts (most were pretty good) and a sausage egg pastry (not worth writing about). We came back this morning and tried apple bread pudding (just ok), some sort of old fashioned looking donut bar (hard, biscuit like, not good, went in trash) and another sausage egg pastry (chunks of both unseasoned, and oddly over seasoned rubbery eggs, and only two small chunks of sausage = two strikes). All in all, I'd probably come back for the blueberry

My mother lived in North Bend as a child, and this week my mom, sister, and I stopped here on our way to Ellensburg to visit my son. My mother showed us around the town where she grew up, and we stopped at this bakery that she remembered going to as a child with her mother (who passed away 35 years ago). The nostalgia hit my mother when she walked in, and when she talked to the staff they said this bakery had been there for over 90 years. We bought some treats (AMAZING!!) and loved this cute little stop on our trip. As a former bakery manager myself, I loved peeking into the back where large mixers

Stopped here before the falls as it was recommended to me by a local friend.
Let me just say this place is absolutely incredible.
The choices! It's overwhelming. But I promise you can do it!
We decided to do a little sweet and savory. The ham and cheese croissant didn't even make it around the block! The breakfast casserole was a huge serving!! Very cheesy! I liked the hot peppers inside. It's not fancy, but just good down to earth cookin'!
We got one one of each of the "buns"
-Morning Bun: Donut dough with a swirl of cinnamon and a light glaze! Five out of

We shared a few donuts and that raspberry chocolate torte looking thing with a weird name I cannot recall. I will say that most of the donuts were standard, with the best being the blueberry glazed -- reminded me of the lovely cake donuts from Dunkin' when living back in NY. For west coast though, the donuts are better than average, just nothing to write home about, and at a price point that is higher than what I recall paying at Voodoo, I think I'll pass next time around.
Bottom line: Does the job, but only gets the standard merit raise.

Love this place! It's a great place to stop for breakfast. They have awesome cinnamon rolls. If you're there on the weekend, they have pecan sticky buns that are to die for. If you want something specific call ahead and place your order or get there early because they tend to sell out of the more popular items. If you're looking for pies, they have some of the best you'll find in the area. I've tried the apple, pecan, and strawberry rhubarb, all are absolutely delicious. Parking is limited as they don't have their own lot, it's street parking only. There is additional

Very friendly staff and excellent food. We had a slice of spinach feta quiche and Mt Si Panini (turkey, provolone, sun dried tomatoes, red onion, arugula, & pesto). Both we absolutely delicious and I might have to go back and get that sandwich again some time. The quiche has a lovely thin flaky crust and was tasty. Perfect place to stop after a hike. Sat out front with out dog which was nice, but if I were to do it again I would probably go down to the train park that is about a 10 minute drive.

To start, let me say I have thinking about their donut every day since I had it last week. I would love to drive here every day to get it again. That good...
