I’ve move in August I really bless to live here I enjoy my time here I love how Britney took me through the process of the application and also follow up with me . I appreciate how Preston trails up keep there place. I can’t forget the maintenance guys even though I put in for every little things lol. I will be renewing my lease when ever it up I enjoy being here. The rooms are big thank you Preston Trails

Preston Trails & their employees are unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude. I had come from out of town & had booked an appointment with Preston Trails to see some properties I was interested in potentially renting. They had great, thorough follow-ups & reminders of my appointment via text & email. Then, when I arrived for my appointment, no one was there. The Information Center was locked up, even though their sign says they are open for business within their hours of operation. I knocked on their door, called them and no one ever answered. Preston Trails & their employees wasted my time & resources

Scammed me out of 500 dollars. This lady in office told me to make two money orders ( one for 375.00 & another for 250.00 ) for down deposit.... Told me to bring another application back . When I already fill out two applications already ! She began to tell me that I wasn't in the system so I would have to bring another back( remember this part ! ) Mind you this was April-May . I been trying and trying to get in contact with them . Soooooo today I get a phone call and guess what ? iT's Them ! & she tells me that " if I were still to continue the process they would hold on

If I could give this place a 0 I would. 2 weeks into my daughter moving in she had a major flood in her apartment due to a pipe bursting. The only thing they did was clean the carpets. It still smells like mildew in her apartment. We’ve asked that they move her at this point and it’s still a bunch of run around. She’s had. Broken mailbox since moving in so she’s unable to get mail. She we have emailed corporate with out any response. This is not how I wanted my daughters first apartment experience to be. My next step is the BBB.

Me and my daughter went by there this morning. We talked with a girl name Brittany. Let me tell you. She was very knowledgeable about the property and very professional. Sometimes you find people that don't wanna be bothered, but she got up from her desk and gave us a tour with no problem. We're gonna put an application in tomorrow and pray we can get to live here. I told her I was gonna say something in the review column and I wanted to keep my word. Great job Brittany. We really appreciated you.

Beware the availability and prices on their own website are a lie! Website says several available units and prices are $887 a month yet when I called the soonest availability is august 23 at the price of $1220/month.
They claim they have no control and prices "just change"

I came in, applied, got approved, and moved in last month. My apartment is great, it’s spacious with beautiful interior design, when I went in and applied it was one leasing consultant working(Britney). Great customer service helped me through my whole process really set me up perfectly to make a great decision choosing Preston trails. Even though she was super busy she still did a walk through with me, let me see the beautiful apartment she set me up with, they are bless to have her working there. Any problem I had she was on top of and handled, even through she had 4 or 5 more clients to deal

In search of a new home and it’s been tiring searching up and down and dealing with customer service agents that seemingly don’t care about my situation!! But upon calling Preston and having spoken to a sweet lady named Victoria, she’s helped made my transition so much smoother! I’ve been living in the Preston Trails apartments for about two weeks now and everything is just marvelous! The area is great and the people in the area are even better! Even throughout my moving in experience I felt very welcomed to the community! Thanks to my agent Victoria, I have found a place that I really love! She is so helpful, caring, understanding and patient! I really couldn’t ask for a better agent! Overall, the staff is wonderful, the place is beautiful, and the community is very inviting!

I was looking at the reviews before I came back to apply but I have to agree with Brandon Scott comment. I came in the begin of March, and I ain’t have all my stuff together to apply but that girl Britney was in there working hard handling room full of people all by herself, she still took time to get my paper work in order, she was patient and kind wonderful customer service and now I’m coming back to finish applying with her and only her so I’m in the best hands

This is the most disgusting place I ever lived. If you do not have roaches moving into this place you will have them when you leave and because they are so bad you will need to throw away most of what you own. Two weeks after moving in my family was without a working toilet for six weeks. They promised to have my apartment professionally cleaned, it never happened.
The day I signed my lease my car got shot up and bullets went into the above my bed. There were three shootings in less than nine months, the last one ended in someone being killed.

I absolutely love the office staff! Madison helped me move in to my first apartment here! She was very responsive to my needs and was able to find me a fantastic apartment to suit my needs! I needed to move to the area within a week, and she worked diligently to ensure that my needs were met to the best of her abilities.
Serra helped me with my quest to find a bigger apartment a few months later! She was also very responsive to my needs! The turn around was very quick! She was thorough and very clear with the charges!
