I've been here 3 years now, and will renew for a 4th year. I've read some of the negative reviews from people about the previous management, but ever since the new management company took over a couple years ago it's been a tremendous improvement for us. Any emails or texts I send get a response very quickly. Any maintenance issues I have are addressed same day. The neighboring tenants are friendly, it's clean, the manager really cares for his tenants, and the value for this neighborhood can't be beat.

Apartment with bare minimum amenties and within budget . Leasing officers not available physically in apartment but otherwise they are responsive over the phone .Maintenance guy is skillful and knows his job .
Portal is there to raise/track maintenece requests also to make payments .
Overall safe and cozy space to stay .Walkable to every required stuff.

Just did a tour at Townside Flats for their 2 bedroom, and was impressed by the level of customer service by their property manager. This place is a hidden gem especially for the price. It is in a prime location near parks, shopping, close to downtown Redmond, and cheap amenities! $15 parking?!!?! HOW? Nice and quiet cozy apartment. Will be on the top of my list when my lease is up!

Townside Flats is a great place to live! It's super conveniently located to downtown Redmond, Target, gyms, and restaurants. You get plenty of space for the price, and while the building itself is on the older side and doesn't have too many amenities, it is quiet and safe. My neighbors are kind and management is attentive. It's hard to find a place that will charge less than $50 a month for parking, so I loved that about it too. My requests were always promptly responded to, and I was always treated with respect. I enjoyed my time here and am only leaving because I have to be with my family in

I am the resident of Town Side Flats since last two years this is my third lease extension in this community. Especially property manger "Julie" is doing a wonderful job, "Julie" is the person who speaks so friendly with residents in addressing all the issues occurred and she responds very quick for emails and phone calls. When a manager like her working for this community is really helpful the property management and current and future residents . Maintenance person "Ron" understand the residents concerns in needy and helpful. I recommend this community for your new housing search.

This is my third apartment in Redmond. I have lived in this apartment for the past 5 years. This is a rare find. While in the heart of downtown Redmond it is in a secluded spot virtually traffic free which is great for quiet living. It is a locked building, with elevator, fire sprinklers in all spaces including closets. This makes it incredibly safe. There is a remote device in each apartment that lets you talk to a guest that enters the locked building entry and also lets you open the entry door from your apartment.
