I'm so greatful for finding a post on Quora by Brandon Oh, about how to over come depression & anxiety. When reading his experience it was like describing what I go through word for word.

So I reached out to him & he introduced me the the San Francisco Meditation Center & he stuck with me & continued to keep in touch with me while I was going thru a really hard time struggling with depression & anxiety when I started doing the meditation course I met alot of really awesome members, very supportive and honestly I've learned on how to let go of things judgement, anxiety, habits just my life is alot more calmer & I'm more calmer & it has really made a difference in my life & my family.
Services
Our in-person and online classes are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 10 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. We teach what the mind is (both the true mind & the false mind) and guide people to find their true mind by discarding, clearing, or cleansing their false minds.
As a result of years searching for a way to achieve human completion, Teacher Woo Myung founded the meditation method with its 7-level method to discard human mind. He has since dedicated his whole life to helping people of the world to discard all of their human minds so that they can live completely with the mind of the Universe.
However, because people live inside their mind world which overlaps the world, they cannot find Truth within themselves. They cannot go to the land of Truth either. Then, how can you find Truth within you and go to the land of Truth? It is possible when you discard and eliminate all of your false mind world.
Workplace relationships and the environment directly affect the achievement of business goals and objectives. For businesses everywhere, the most important asset of your business is the people that work for you - your employees. They contribute greatly to the overall brain, ideas, emotions, and work conditions in your business.
As a college student, this meditation has helped me tremendously and has made my mind clearer. I had always heard that meditation is good for the body and can get rid of stress, but I never got around to trying it until I started this meditation. Not only does it help you lose a lot of stress but it helps you get rid of what causes the stress.

Emily is a very nice and dedicated guide. Her sessions are comforting. She explains and guides the meditation in such a simple way, that is very easy to follow. I would encourage you to try the meditation method practiced at San Francisco Meditation. It is a very effective method that really allows you to let go and heal from the inside out.

I started meditation in late August 2021. Since that time, a lot has improved. Not only did I rise up the levels but I improved as a person. I became more calm and kind and I am able to focus much better in academics and sports.

I think that meditation has helped me control my anger a lot more than before. Meditation has also made me feel happier than before. I think of meditation as a time of reflecting on my life and improving how I live and what I think.
At first when my mom did it, I thought it was a waste of time but then my aunt asked me if I wanted to try it. I said ok and I tried it a few times and I started to enjoy it.
I think this meditation will help anyone like it helped me.

San Francisco Meditation is a little known gem situated in Daly City. With the pandemic, along with in-person classes, the majority of the classes are offered online. The meditation guides are very friendly and caring. For a reasonable monthly fee, I have access to daily meditation sessions, both group and individual sessions. The meditation technique practiced here not only helps deal with stress and worry, but it also changed the way I look at the world. Even with online classes, there is still a strong sense of community among the members. I feel very lucky to have discovered this meditation

Before meditation I was self centered, impatient, and not a very happy person. After meditating for some time , I became much more patient with my family and friends. Most importantly , my son. If you want to change your life, you have to change your mind first. This is the best place to do that. Your mindset will improve from negative to positive and so will your life. I highly recommend.

The dedicated meditation experts at SF Meditation have helped me bring greater peace of mind, better sleep and more productivity to my life. The fees are quite accessible and the guides are incredibly committed--they walk with you the entire way. I've been doing mindfulness meditation off and on for a decade and have not experienced these kinds of outcomes. I'd say the approach is closer to philosophical stoicism than to yoga mindfulness breath meditation. By that, I mean that the meditation helps you to experience oneness with "what is" by letting go of your own preconceived notions, reactions

The saying “when the student is ready the teacher will appear” certainly holds true for me. I have been thinking about meditation and discovering the San Francisco Meditation center ten weeks ago changed my life. I experience a huge reduction in stress, worry and mind chatter, I feel more present at a given moment, and I just feel more peace. I am in awe of this practice because I feel like a different person in mind and spirit, and I truly love what I am becoming.

I have been meditating since 2017. This meditation method has helped me discover myself and be better every day.
I was not so easy person by nature and I used to feel superior, but now I am able to give up my ego. My mind is very simple now.
I was not aware of my body system so I was mostly sick, but these days I know how to keep myself fit and healthy by following certain food habits.
I understand my husband better and he is my best friend now.
I was not so easy with my in-laws as I had lots of grudges towards them but now I am friendly with them and love them.

I love this meditation! The instructors are really patient and understanding. I had so much stress and anxiety when I started. All this time I didn’t know how to get rid of it. Until I met the meditation. The results are AMAZING! And it’s not difficult at all to follow the method. There’s nothing like this meditation.
