I have been here for almost 3 years and plan to renew my lease very soon. I must say that Maia and Ashley are god sent, they both will call randomly to make sure I don’t need anything in my unit and that I’m okay. Ashley always have a smile on her face and knows who I am each time I call without me stating my name and I love that about her. Maia is always willing to help me set up some kind of arrangement when it comes to rent and she is always willing to point you in the right direction if you ever need rental assistance. I am helping my daughter search for a decent place to live as she starts her new job as an English teacher in this area. It is just interesting to me how many of the positive reviews for this apartment complex start with the exact same wording, or just basically say the same thing. I think they have some fake reviews on here. How do I knw? "I just renew with Bao", "I renew with Bao. He is nice....", "Just renew with Bao...." This makes me wonder about this Bao person, who a few people mentioned was not very friendly to all people. Anyone find that interesting? It is very difficult to find nice

clean and most importantly, the staff has been professional, helpful and caring; which is a rarity these days . The manager Saadiaah, really cares about the residents and the front desk consultant, Ashley, always greet you with a smile. I don’t normally do this but I don’t like staying in apartments. I haven’t lived in one in over 20 years but after researching comparing prices and speaking with different lessening consultants. From customer service to cleanliness to price range Ashland pines was the best choice between 3 other apartments. Since the covid pandemic and even before they are there for the well-being of there residents. I’m so glad I choose them I have been here 2 years. Thank you Ashland Pines management and team for all you do.

Ashland Pines has been suffering as it pertains to retaining residency, so they have enlisted the help of their sister communities to help generate traffic to their small, lack-luster apartment community. Since they were in my price range and location, i decided to pursue a listing i found via Facebook marketplace. When i called the number provided to me by the poster, I can honestly say, the woman on the other side of the phone was not helpful, nor was she knowledgeable. I just moved in 2 weeks ago. Bao and his team was amazing with working with me. I needt to move ASAP. They got me into the apartment as promised and was very open. They gave me a beautiful plant as a welcome gift. The 4 stars is because the apartment flooded twice in 2 weeks. However I couldn't be more pleased with the management team. I have a newborn and they have gone above and beyond to make my apartment suitable for her to come back inside. I am very happy with the response time.

Stopped by because I'm apartment hunting. Wasnt greeted until way after I entered and sat and sat...first impressions are everything...looks clean...has soccer court.... I was quoted into the 900s for a 2/2 and thats not including extras which was a deal breaker...the layout of the place is nice but theres a fireplace...the bathroom size is nice and the carpet isnt too light but just felt it was overpriced
