Elena has been great to work with as my husband and I are coordinating things from upstate New York, and especially helpful to make this process easy while we experienced a family emergency. I can't thank her enough for her continued patience and being so easy to communicate with as we prepare our move across the country. Beautiful complex. Apartments are new and clean. I’ve lived here for 2 months and it’s been great. The property is kept clean and it’s super quiet here. Amenities are beautiful. Easy 20 minute drive to Denver and close to hiking and Red Rocks. Also, Elena and everyone in the office is super responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Elena was great to work with. I toured about 6 different complexes before coming here and Elena was the only one that actually made me feel like they wanted me there compared to the other places and if I made the decision to stay there then I could feel confident that they would take care of me. Everyone in the community is super nice as well and I love the amenities that come with the place too. Have used the pool and conference room several times for business matters!

Elena has been extremely helpful and made my move incredibly easy. There was one minor issue with my apartment and when I brought it up to Elena, the issue was solved within a few hours. In addition, the complex is clean and the amenities are fantastic. I would highly recommend Alta Green Mountain to anyone!

I moved to Alta Green Mountain from out of state and I had to sign a lease sight unseen. Elena did a FaceTime walkthrough of the entire property with me and it really put my mind at ease. I have been living here for a week and it’s a dream come true. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well-kept and the amenities are really wonderful. I’m so glad I chose to live here!

Before my fiance and I moved to Alta Green, we were going through some pretty rough times at our previous apartment complex. We looked at sooo many apartments looking for one that provided what we were looking for. We just moved in and Elena was extremely helpful in making the paperwork and lease signing process very easy. She was quick to respond to all of the questions we had prior to moving in. Tara, the property manager is also amazing, so incredibly nice. We love it here so far, very quiet community, plenty of parking and the pool and clubhouse are never over crowded.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now and these are by far the best apartments I’ve lived in so far. The apartments themselves are very nice but the staff has always been very accommodating and friendly! I recently put in a maintenance call for my AC and it took less than a day for it to get fixed. Manny has helped us out before with our water heater and now the AC. He was very friendly, professional and works in a quick and timely manner. I also really appreciated that he took the time to explain why it wasn’t working and how I can best avoid any problems in the future. Manny is definitely
