Have been living here for two years. The room plans are spacious for the price and the staff has been great through a couple transitions of managers. Only real complaints are the massive hill and the noise from traffic on Redmond Way. Sandra is a breath of fresh air and everyone who works here is friendly.

I am the resident of Summit Homes since 2015 almost 5 years.
I love this community because staff is very friendly and its smoke-free community.
Size of the units are very spacious as I live on the top floor we get a wonderful view and sunlight.
Especially the new management team is doing a wonderful job, Community Manager "Madison Diltz" is so friendly with residents in addressing all the issues occurred and she responds very quick for emails. I recommend this community for your new housing search

Alexis and Madison are the real MVPs! They did everything they could to help me get past a couple hurtles and were not judgmental at all! They put up with me calling and coming into the office almost daily before we could move in (I was super anxious) and were always kind and never showed any kind of impatience. They were flexible in ways me and my roomate are more than grateful for and I’m excited to live here. My neighbors even helped me carry a few things and I have 0 complaints on the move in process at all. The apartment is very cute, and I see myself here for 2-3 years. Thank you ladies

I had a wonderful experience living at the Summit. The apartment was well-maintained, in a convenient location and was more affordable than other properties nearby. The property manager, Scott, is a very nice person and always helpful. If maintenance is needed, it seldom takes more than a day. I had to move out earlier than my original lease, and found that their break lease policy is better than other apartments. Scott was so nice that even after I moved out, he still received packages for me that was sent there by mistake. If you've never been there, watch out as you go down the big slope before

Pros: quiet community, close to a greenbelt, nice pool, covered parking available, maintenance team is superior, get notifications of packages, basically luxury apt amenities at a non-premium price.
Cons: poor water pressure, small water tanks, poorly lit/dim apts, floorplan is annoying you will walk in circles at some point I guarantee it, paper thin and I mean thin walls and ceiling (sorry floor neighbor!), the Hill..., parking on the hill (door dings), storage.
Recommended despite cons because the longer tenure staff are professional (Mary, Kenya, Jason) and personable.
