I love love love 💕 this community! Every person who works for the complex is awesome! The first person I met was Amber from the office staff talk about an amazing 🤩 happy first impression! The maintenance staff are always on top of things even replacing appliances completely when not working right! The nice gentleman Ben who is in my book “Mr. Fix it” is so kind and patient! All the staff are incredible kind people who love their jobs and helping our community! I love Lakes of Carmel! 🤗

We've lived at LOC for a year and had a great experience! Really our only complaint is that the building smells a little like smoke, but our unit is fine. The office staff are really helpful and kind, have hosted nice events with free food, and even stand at the curb and give donuts to residents on occasion! The gym/pool/clubhouse are nice, too. Maintenance is professional and responsive.

I lived at LOC for 5 years and very much enjoyed my time there. They do a wonderful job up keeping the grounds (even better than the higher end complexes around Carmel) It is a beautiful complex. Jami does a fantastic job managing the property and Kayla in answering my questions, ensuring you as a renter are satisfied. The maintenance team is responsive and will have your work order completed within a day or two. The apartments are a bit older, but I like that in they are built solid and you don't hear your neighbors. There were kids running around everywhere. It's great to see the area is safe

Lakes of Carmel was a terrific place to live. They respond to maintenance requests promptly and effectively. They never once charged any ancillary costs to my monthly rent or any other miscellaneous bills. You definitely know what you are signing up for when you sign the lease. They are transparent and also made it easy to set all utilities upon move in. The leasing staff and property manager are wonderful here! I highly recommend this complex in the beautiful town of Carmel.

I am enjoying my experience here at Lakes of Carmel. I have lived here for 9 months and I have just renewed the lease.
The staff is accommodating, personable, and awesome to work with. The maintenance has fixed things by next day for me multiple times, and the environment is extremely family friendly. In the summer they host parties which really generates a great sense of community.
I am grateful that my neighbors are very respectful so there's never been a problem with noise. The amenities are great and I really appreciate that they are well maintained. It is also conveniently located next to
