I have lived in a 3 bed room apartment at Bridges with my family for one year and it was a great place for living. All of the apartment facilities were perfect and there was also a nice community facility specially a big pool which I and my little daughter enjoyed a lot. The management were very supportive and all of my requests were responded promptly. I highly recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a peaceful place for living.

We actually don't live here, YET. We stopped by to meet with Janice after a very disappointing appointment at a different complex. We were really not even sure we wanted to move Roseville anymore... until we met Janice. She was so kind and so bubbly! She completely restored our faith in the area and the grounds are actually amazing. Everything you need and more you can find at this facility. It's unfortunate there is no available units for us but we will definitely keep checking back! Highly recommend you taking a tour!!!

I would like to complement the maintenance team. Adam and Conrad are very courteous and professional. They take care of any issue in a timely manner. So grateful for their service! They are the backbone of this community. The management is great! Christina and Janice are always kind and polite. They sure are the heart of the house. Literally!

We have been lived at the Bridges apartments for 4 years. Very professional and Excellent services provided by Christina, Janice and maintenance team during our stay and friendly environment.
this community is clean, calm and well maintained. Spacious apartments and dedicated garage. Walkable distance few grocery stores and shopping centers. Public Middle and high schools are near by 10-15 mins drive.

I was in search of an apartment that was spacious, updated, with a great community and affordable in the Roseville area. I couldn’t be more happy with choosing The Bridges! Not only are the neighbors super friendly but the staff is amazing. Janice the manager is so delightful and helpful every time it’s such a great reassurance we’ve picked the perfect place. The grounds are well kept and it’s so quiet here. We love it. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I have lived at the Bridges apartments since 2011, so 10 years! Christina and Janice, in the office, have always been super helpful and friendly! Any time we have a question or just want to discuss a topic, they are open and give us the time we need. The maintenance team, Conrad and Adam, are great! Very friendly when they come in to fix something, always show up in a timely manner and do whatever they can to make things right. Our family really likes living here, it's close to shopping and restaurants, easy access to the freeway, and the complex is clean and well kept!

Just moved into the Bridges this last weekend, but started apartment hunting about two months ago. Janice was amazing through the entire process. Kept us updated on availability as soon as it came up, was extremely detailed with everything she could, and just overall on top of things. Helped make our move as seamless as possible

I absolutely love this place!
The apartment we got is very clean and the amenities are wonderful! It’s great to have a pool especially during this time of the year (summer time). The office staff ( Janice and Christina) are very responsive and they address any issues in a very timely manner. I love the location of our apartment because it’s safe and tucked away in a quiet area.
I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a safe, quiet and family-friendly community !

This is my favorite apartment complex I've ever lived in. It is very quiet and peaceful here, and the grounds look very pretty (lots of shrubs, flowers, grass). There is a creek that runs through the property and it attracts wildlife. I've seen gorgeous hawks & turkeys, and beautiful finches and hummingbirds out my window almost daily. There are also squirrels, lizards, ducks, etc. I love it!! The management here is also extremely friendly and maintenance

Friendly and amazing staff. Extremely welcoming. Attentive and timely with requests and questions. Prime location and easy access to highway, stores and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Apartment was well kept and never experienced any issues. Amazon hub across the way was a bonus. Couldn’t be happier with my apartment.
