I have been a resident of The Brigham Woods For 7 Years. I love the Atmospehere, staff are friendly, responsive and courteous. The complex is clean, organized and well maintained, It's secure and private. This is a place that's in a quiet part of Georgia close to the mall's, It has great amenities like camera's, washer dryer hookups and on site maintenence. I absolutely chose the right place to call home. I would recommend this complex to someone looking for a Apartment. It is mostly occupied by doctor's, nurses etc so it warm relaxing atmosphere. I give this place 5 🌟.

My husband and I lived in Brigham Woods and absolutely loved it. We had an insane amount of space for such a good price, we loved the location and security of the complex, the valet trash, pool and we always had parking in front of our apartment. The leasing office was very responsive and helpful and maintenance always showed up within two hours of calling. We were so sad to move for new job opportunities because no complex compares to Brigham! We wish we could've packed the complex up with us.

Have been living here for 3 months. Worst decision ever!!! This place is driving us crazy! Nobody here follow rules, every single neighbor we have is loud, walls are paper thin, and we can never use the amenities because people are always partying and bringing tons of people in that are not residents. Counting the months to get out of here!

My husband and I lived here for a year and a half. We never had a major problem with the management or apartment. Work orders were completed promptly, typically the next day. The pool and gym are nice and well maintained. We had to break our lease and the process was painless. I have never had such a positive experience with an apartment complex in my life, so just wanted to share to help those who are trying to find a low maintenance place to live.

I have lived in this complex for 3 years and have had a great experience. I am in school and for the most part it is a very quite complex! The office staff is very responsive and maintenance is very quick and effective. The community is gated and I feel very secure!

My husband and I have lived at Brigham Woods for the past 10 months, and it has been an absolute dream! The office staff is always incredibly kind and helpful, and the maintenance staff is amazing! We haven’t had many maintenance problems since living here, but the ones that we did have were fixed within the same day that we put in the request - we couldn’t ask for a better staff to take care of us here at Brigham Woods! We love the walking trail that surrounds the property and all the beautiful landscaping! It makes our walks so much fun to look at the gorgeous scenery of the landscaping,
