It is great community close to shoping stores, the Apartments are kept nice and clean from inside and outside. great managment. the only problem is luck of parking. over all awesome place to live

My husband and I have lived with Parkwood for twenty three years, that's it! Just after we moved in, a new manager named Roshanna arrived, we knew we were home. She is professional and supports a well worked team. We love it here. The property is well kept and cared for inside and out!

Everything is good I love the apartments the only thing is that they need new and more gym equipment, they only have 3 machines if they could add more gym machines that people actually used it would be perfect, I love the apartments I been living here for 6 years but the only issue I have it’s that there isn’t enough space in the gym and there still have the same old gym machines.

These apartments are awesome. I recommend these to check out because they're really nice and clean. There is a nice community. It looks like a place where my kids can grow up. Very quiet neighborhood. Very much likely to be crime-free. It seems as if there's peace and quiet and that no one should really bother you here.

The office seems to never be open.
Don't move here if you have kids that like to be active and like to run around the apartments. They can just play in a small park.
