I have been living here for 3 years. The building is fine (no pests, quiet, good neighbors) but despite the rise in prices, they offer less and less. Amenities are subpar or inaccessible, which is a shame because they were a major selling point when I first moved in. Increasingly, it seems that management is nickel-and-diming us and not delivering actual value. Some examples:
- The business room is not maintained so the printer is always broken.
- The gym has been out of service for ages while they await renovations that will never happen. As is, the gym is perfectly usable if they just buy a

This has been a wonderful community to live in for 5+ years. The construction is older, but it’s so well maintained and the old walls actually keep neighbors sounds out! It’s the only quiet apartment I’ve ever had. The metro and downtown restaurants and shops are convenient. I believe that the staff make the complex because how they handle maintenance and the community is what makes your experience good or bad. I’m glad to say everything has been wonderful here, the staff is amazing and incredibly responsive. Glad we found Georgia West.
