The office staff was extremely helpful from the moment I decided to move in. Prior to my arrival any furniture that arrived was placed in my apartment. Any questions that I had regarding The Woodlands and surrounding area were handled in a timely manner. The property was well maintained and all maintenance staff was were very friendly. My apartment was very clean and any issues that I had were quickly resolved. A very quiet complex.

Maintenance delay. Staff is kind and will do their best to help but maintenance all around is poor. Apartment was not given to us ready for move in even though we were told mid-July that the apartment was ready. Management has been helpful to the extent of their abilities given the circumstances with maintenance.

Honestly this place was a dream when we first moved in. Over the years they have lost personal touch and personality. They have also lost our trust to be our home. I understand perfectly well that the apartment complex is not responsible for any crime that occurs on the property but what i don’t understand is how you can offer $100/$75/$50 off of… rent for winning a balcony decorating contest for Christmas but you can’t offer $100 off of rent for those who had their car windows smashed in. Our truck along with multiple other vehicles had there windows smashed in while parked

So far I am really happy with the decision I made to move here. The Park at Research Forest is a very quiet and friendly place. The apartment was really clean and very nice looking when I came here. The people who work at the Leasing Center are the best team of people I have ever met. I hope I stay here for a while, so far so good. Keep up the great work.
