Great location and great professional people in the leasing office. I was having some issues with Corporate. I was so frustrated and completely ready to move out. I have to say the team at Aqua have been fantastic. Jessi has really helped me and has gone above & beyond to make sure I am okay and was very clear on what I needed to do. Jessi is very professional and has a way of communicating what needs to be done and very sincere.

It's unfortunate that after 8 years of being a resident of Aqua Millenia Lux Now that's a joke apartments. Current new management staff are by far uncaring to residents. During this pandemic rent was being paid on time and future rent paid. The corporate management are not doing anything to waive late fees or refer resources for rental services. They lack in maintaining cleanliness on the entire property. Breezeways are filthy garage is always dirty elevators are not operable. Security is poor service, There should also be a weight limit for pets, mailing packages are always lost or stolen I am

My spouse and I leased a 2BR unit and Aqua is definitely recommended. The leasing team, especially Marissa and Jay, are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our needs are more than satisfied. The maintenance guys are polite, attentive and they get the job done fast. The resort style pool, gym and game room are our favorite amenities, not to mention our private entrance to the Millenia Mall. We’re happy we chose Aqua at Millenia.

Just moved into Aqua Apartments yesterday. No complaints so far with the apartment. Love the floor plan, covered parking I don’t have to pay extra for, and a pool view! The move in process was so smooth and Jay was incredible. My roommate and I were on a tight deadline to move and he really worked with us to get us in ASAP. Best leasing experience I’ve had!

I just moved in, Im absolutely in love. I love my apartment! I love my view! I love my location! And most of all I love the staff here! Especially assistant manager Jay and property manager Tom. They have been absolutely wonderful through out my entire move in process. I highly recommend living at Aqua at Millenia!

The leasing experience was so easy. Jay was a great help with all the questions that I had before moving with my husband. We relocated from Colorado and weren’t able to view the apartment before moving because of that, but Jay sent us pictures and was super helpful the entire time. The apartment is so nice. The parking garage that is attached to the building means I never get rained on and it made moving in so easy. I’m on the 4th floor, but was able to park just outside. I highly recommend these apartments!

I just wanted to come on here and do an update from 2 years ago when I moved into Aqua, I am only leaving because I needed a bigger place, I enjoyed my 2 year stay and Jay the assistant community manager is AMAZING he was honestly one of the best parts about living here, always helping with a smile on his face no matter what the situation was he never seemed bothered and eager to help, as he makes everyone feel that comes into Aqua to lease. I am definitely going to miss him and the crew here, maintenance was always on point with anything

It breaks my heart to take away a star because the team is absolutely amazing!!! Jay was my person, helping me with everything I needed with my move from Germany which made the process so flawless. Both him and Marissa was always so attentive while living there and even after I moved out and believe me I can be such a pain. The maintenance crew were always on point in completing any trouble ticket that I put in and I can say it's very random if they didn't show up on the very same day but the next day the latest. I give this community a two and I still think that's too high for this community. Here are my takes since I lived here.
Maintenance- really good at getting the service done in a timely manner. I send in my request and the next day they fix the issue. Everything else is disgusting! The halls are always dirty, they seem to only clean the first floor so they can show new clients around. The pool area is half assed clean. The grills are always dirty!! And do not work. I was told by the manager they were going to be fixed, almost a year later the grills have not been changed or cleaned. The gym

Y’all will love love love, living here!!!! Jay and managers so amazing pool is like being at a resort in key west! Fountains every where, out door covered kitchen, television, and comfy seating! I've been living here a year and a half now so i think it's about time to review. I love the size of our apartment, the fact that maintenance will (usually) come fix things, and that it's fairly quiet around here.
My biggest complaint is the hot tub. The PRIMARY reason my boyfriend and I signed a lease here was because they had a hot tub. The other amenities, rent, and apartments are pretty comparable to others in the area. So that was our main selling point. At first it worked fine. Then as time went on, it was often cold/lukewarm, half full, dirty, etc. There was a 2-3 week point

Currently going into my second year renting in this complex. Overall, good community to live in but here is a breakdown of the different elements that contribute to my rating:
- Location- right next to the Mall of Millenia and there is even a walkway that leads you straight into the food court. It's an easy and safe walk into the mall. The exit off I-4 to get here is right next to the Turnpike, so if you travel frequently, it's extremely convenient.
- Pricing- Pricing is pretty competitive but most likely due to the surrounding high-crime communities
- Staff- I have had pleasant experiences

Do not live here if you dont have a 9-5 job. I work odd hours and they gave me a penalty for having my trash out at certain hours even though that's the only way I'll get to use the valet trash service. I work from 9 am to 9 pm and the only way to get the trash out at 8pm (trash pick up time) is to put it out before I go to work.
They took 3 days to fix my AC which resulted in three days of sweats in bed.
They blow leaves at the most inopportune time where they work on it at 8 am which wakes you up even if it's your day off.

I have lived here for 3 years and don't really have much negative to say about it. Overall my living experience was very pleasant. First to start off everyone in the leasing office was always very nice and friendly. I was always greeted by my first name, which is always nice! The maintenance staff was very fast and efficient and nice. The place literally feels like a hotel walking through clean kept hallways into your apartment. I lived in the middle sized 1BR 1 BA Studio Captiva. All the appliances in the apartment are new and made cooking something one would look forward to do. Plenty

I just did walk-through of AQUA today.
Lynn Dickerson in the Leasing Office was so sweet and knowledgeable. Her excitement about AQUA made me ecstatic at the mere thought of living there.
It's a gorgeous property. I actually audibly said "WOW" as I pulled up to the leasing office.
The amenities are to die for and the units are beautiful.
This place is definitely on the top of my list.

Aqua at Millenia is a Luxury apartment complex. It is the finest Luxury complex in Florida. They have everything and cater to your every need. Every amenity you can think of. Everything there is high end and the property is spotless with the Disney Quality standard. It is a must see if you get the chance. It's right next door to the high end Millenia Mall.
