I just moved into my new studio a few days ago and I am absolutely in love already. My 22 foot long balcony facing University is just incredible and I love watching the sunset from my apartment. I've never had such an easy move-in, finding out that the Leasing Consultant, Chelsea, already made sure that I didn't have to contact Xcel Energy or deal with any other utilities. The amenities in this building are absolutely incredible, and all my guests thus far have said "wow, it's like you live in a fancy hotel!". I have lived at the the Lyric for the last 2 years and have nothing but amazing things to say. The location is nice and quiet and the apartment is beautiful and bright with lots of huge windows. I have yet to another location that even compares. The Staff is very prompt and friendly and most communications/rent/lease/issues are very convenient online.

Just moving in but I'm already in love with the place. The management were more than helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us during and even before our move. The amenities are clean and there are so many of them I find it'll be hard to ever be bored of them. This location is right on the light rail and therefore incredibly easy to get around with even if you down own a car. I'm considering getting rid of mine soon because of this. High ceilings in my unit, flexible pricing with the move in bonus they gave me, kind management and an amazing location really pushed me into taking the dive

We recently moved in at the beginning of the month, and it went great! We walked in to a clean apartment with even a goody-bag waiting for us. Getting the keys were smooth, and our questions were answered quickly and thoughtfully. The staff have been great, and very accommodating of any need. With 2020/2021 being such a strange time, the additional security provided by management has made me and my sister, women living alone in the city, feel much safer.

I just moved into my apartment a few days ago and I have been loving it. We're still getting settled in so I'll write about what I know so far.
Pros: The people who made this apartment were very thoughtful in their intentions such as slam proof drawers, W/D in unit, amazing utilization of underground parking and space in the apartment. Pet friendly which is awesome! I know fourth floor is pet free if that is something you would prefer. As I stated previously everyone is very friendly. There is so much within driving distance it is going to be so much fun exploring the area. I feel very safe with

We moved here recently from North Dakota and were unable to walk through any apartments when apartment hunting. We came across the lyric online and loved the location, ammenities and it had great reviews! It was stressful to move to another state in general, but especially when we weren’t able to see the space we were moving into before. Chelsea and Kristin made the moving process soooo smooth for us and were extremely helpful during the application process! We have only been here for a few weeks but love it so far, and so does our four legged roommate!

My husband and I moved here during the pandemic. The process was easy and the building is nice. One issue we had when deciding which units we wanted to look at was that we kept getting mixed signals on which floors were pet free (we were told units on 6, 4 and 3 were pet free, but it appears that they are not all pet free).. Maintenance addresses any issues right away. Coming from NYC, we are very impressed with how clean everything is. Also, the walls are definitely very thick or mostly sound proof--we don't hear much neighbor noise at all, (and we hope that others don't hear us and our 5 month

I've lived at The Lyric for three years, and I highly recommend it. The amenities and location are great, and the units and common areas are very well taken care of. Unlike other new luxury apartments, ownership seems genuinely interested in making improvements to the property and keeping the property in excellent shape. I've also only had positive interactions with other residents.
For me, the hardest part about choosing an apartment is that you never know how the management will treat you once you move in. Thankfully, Kristian and the rest of the Lyric employees have always extremely kind, helpful

We moved into the Lyric 9/1/17, and have been so well taken care of by the entire team! From the time we started our first tour, we were impressed with the staff and all the amazing amenities. The property is always clean, our neighbors are nice, and living in the heart of the Midway has been awesome! There's plenty of on-site storage, and the 'tandem' parking is perfect for us with two cars. Our dog Wrigley loves it too - he's met lots of other nice dogs and has begun to have some 'play dates' out in the big

I've lived here since July and really love it here. I looked at almost every apartment building in Minneapolis and St. Paul, and I chose the Lyric because you definitely get the most bang for your buck. I have a huge studio with a beautiful balcony going the entire length of one of my walls. The layout is really smart, so with roughly 700 square feet, I have the kitchen island with stools, a small dining table with chairs, a full living room set and my bedroom area, and it doesn't feel cramped at all.
