I have really enjoyed living here the past year, especially during COVID. There are a ton of amenities and different spaces you can utilize during the work from home period. The pool is also a huge plus. The maintenance/cleaning staff are highly attentive and keep the entire building in great shape.

The Foundry is great place to live. Perfect location (right off 28, and walking distance to everything on Butler St.). The amenities are well kept (especially the pool!). Staff, security & maintenance are very friendly and respond to all concerns very promptly. The resident events are also very thought out and fun (a great way to meet neighbors too). I’ve lived here for a year now and have no complaints at all, just renewed my lease.

I'm about to complete my first year at the Foundry. This has been an amazing experience during some unusual COVID times. I really appreciate the transparency from the staff and the willingness to comply from the residents. This property is as well maintained as I've seen and made moving across country very easy. Looking forward to staying here for another year!

I immediately liked the Foundry when I first visited. It's in high demand so there were no apartments available when I first inquired. Luckily, I was able to get a studio after a short wait. The apartments are very stylish and the amenities are a class apart. Being in Lawrenceville, the location is impeccable - right by Butler St. Any living space is only as good as the landlord and I must say the management has maintained the place very well. I have no idea how old the Foundry is but it still looks brand new! My maintenance and other requests are also processed in a rapid and friendly manner.

I lived here form 2019-2020. I loved it. Great views from the top floor. My corner unit had a great floor plan. It had large big windows that were tasteful and gave plenty of natural sunlight. The neighborhood has lots of coffee shops and food options within walking distance. My neighbors in the building were all pleasant and courteous. The only con is the train, but eventually I got used to it. The real gem is the management team. Very responsive, kind, and flexible.
