For close to 20 years, every year for 10 days in November, I vacation in the French Quarter, and thanks to Inn The Quarter and Robin, I feel like I live in the French Quarter for 10 days. Through those years, I now have many friends in New Orleans who expect to see me every November. Robin is the best, and the 2 places I have rented repeatedly over the years, the properties at Bourbon/Barracks and Bourbon/Dumaine are amazing to rent. I would not want to vacation in New Orleans for 10 days every November if it weren't for Robin and Inn The Quarter. I have recommended to many friends over the years

Our stay in New Orleans was outstanding!! The apartment was immaculate with all the amenities my husband and I could ask for. Robin is a gracious host and ensured our stay was second to none even staying up late when our flight was delayed to make sure we made it safe. I've been using Inn the Quarter for almost 10 years when I visit New Orleans and they never fail to exceed expectations with fantastic and unique accommodations, attentive service, and an unparalleled New Orleans experience. I've had groups ranging from 4 to 24 people and they've never failed to deliver. Let them do all the planning and you'll look like a genius with your group. I have stayed at many locations with Inn the Quarter over the past decade. Every visit has been wonderful, whether we are a larger group or just a few. Each home has been a special place to say with Robin always giving us the absolute best support and hospitality. We have been renting from Robin at Inn the Quarter for 17 years now. We stay with her at least once a year, and sometimes much more than that. We have rented small, romantic spaces and large spaces for bigger groups of friends. No matter where we have stayed, the location is always excellent and within walking distance to all of our favorite spots. The units are spotless, comfortable, and well kept. They have quirky NOLA touches and architectural features that make you feel like a resident and not just a visitor. Hands down, no question, the best company to rent from if you want a true New Orleans

My experience with Inn the Quarter was second to none and I would recommend it to anyone looking for rental property in New Orleans. From the first inquiry I sent, Robin called me and we talked through location/ bedrooms/ etc and she made a couple recommendations to me. She was professional, easy to get in touch with and helped throughout my entire planning process! I planned the trip for 12 girls for my friends bachelorette party and had never been to the New Orleans. She booked a swamp tour for us and coordinated everything, she put us in touch with a caterer who brought in breakfast one day

Robin was wonderful to work with, informative, and responsive - securing a large group for The Townhouses. She had the "in" at all the restaurants and tours we were interested in - she was happy to help with all our accommodations in a timely manner. Regrettably, we had a bit of a challenging time unrelated to Robin's efforts, nonetheless she truly cared about the guest experience and put our needs first - much appreciated! I have been renting from this company the last few years. I just rented from them again. It is very easy to make reservations with them.... always have great recommendations for us.
Their properties are immaculate, bed linen is clean from the bottom sheet to the duvet. I don't worry who slept here last like I do with other properties.... you can feel the clean air!!

Booking was easy and the accommodations were just as described, We rented both sides of a French Quarter Duplex for a Bachelor Party. Everyone had a great time.
Robin did have an issue with some towels and a sheet set that were not washable after one of the guys guys drank one too many hand grenades. She was very concerned with their welfare-fearing it was a serious illness. The charges were totally reasonable and she could not have been nicer saying that since we are being responsible and taking care of the charges with no argument, she would rent to us again. Many places would have tried

If you are a tame group for a bachelorette party, this house is perfect. However, if you have any loud talkers, or any rowdy friends in the bunch, odds are, this might not be the location for you. I loved it personally. The location is great, it was big enough and spacious enough for our whole group, but the manager is pretty strict about the patio/balcony curfew of 10 PM. The houses are pretty close together, and you will get a call or a visit if you break the curfew. I personally don't think this should be advertised as a "bachelor" or "bachelorette" location simply

Spent the weekend with 3 friends in the St. Philip Duplex. You can't beat the location of this cottage!!! We were an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go. The layout worked great for our group of 4. We each were able to have our own space. Robin was very helpful and detailed in her instructions for check in and check out. We had plenty of keys, towels and recommendations to help make our stay perfect. Highly recommend!! Would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in New Orleans.

I have to agree with Jody...I really wanted to love this place because the house is beautiful and location ideal (5 stars), however, the manager completely ruined the experience (1 star).
First of all, the 10 pm curfew somehow turned into 8pm when 5 of us were sitting outside and chatting (without any music on) and received a call from the manager asking us to go inside because the "neighbor" (who I suspect is actually the manager) couldn't hear the tv over our voices. This was a complete buzz kill and was completely unreasonable and outside the scope of the "contract"

We had my bachelorette party at Maison di Amis - roomy enough for the 12 of us, reasonably priced and close to the action. My only problem is with the space being advertised as bachelorette party friendly. We were on the porch after 10 PM on Friday and Robin came INTO the house to yell at us about breaking curfew, threatening to kick us out. She also sent a text saying she has never had such rude guests and if we dare break curfew again she would remove us. Kind of a buzz kill, and I just don't think that jives with advertising the place as they party pad.

We rented the St Philip Suites and Cottage for a Bachelor Party in June 2010. We had a total of 5 in the group. The 2 suites were perfect for 4 of us as we each had a bed. We put the bachelor in the cottage by himself.
The location is perfect since you're only a couple steps away from Bourbon Street and all the action. It was also nice to have Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop next door... literally next door. We also met one of the residents who lives upstairs. He was very nice and I hope we didn't make too much noise when we came back late at night.
