Morton's actually exists today because of.hamburgers! Years ago, before co-founders Arnie Morton and Klaus Fritsch really knew one another, they both worked at the Playboy Club in Montreal. The club was changing the menu, and Klaus cooked a hamburger that was sent out for Arnie to try. Arnie burst into the kitchen, demanding to know "Who cooked that hamburger?"
Since day one, Morton's has used the same suppliers for our aged Prime beef and other meat. They select the best of their inventory for us-and if it doesn't meet Morton's standards, it doesn't get cut for our steaks. Oysters on the Half Shell. Colossal Shrimp. Red King Crab Legs. See where we're going with this?
Morton's enforces a business attire or smart casual dress code. We do not allow beachwear, gym attire including sweatpants, sweatshirts or hoodies. Athletic apparel, jerseys, hats, beanies, bandanas, ball caps, oversized or baggy clothing, tank tops, and sleeveless shirts are prohibited. No excessively revealing clothing will be allowed.

I went here for a date with my boyfriend back in June. We had a reservation and were seated promptly when we arrived. Nice, dark atmosphere with ambient lighting but not too dark we couldn't see. Delicious whipped butter and bread to start with - be careful not to fill up because it is seriously decadent. We both for a filet mignon and then split a side of truffle fries. Let me tell you... That was the best steak I have ever eaten in all my 22 years of life. The fries were delectable as well. We also ordered two drinks each and those were yummy. This is probably the best restaurant I've ever gone

This was my first visit to Morton's and I was not disappointed. (I ordered the New York Strip with Black Truffle Butter entree.) The food was beyond delicious. Wait staff was courteous and attentive. As it was early December, there were also holiday decorations to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I have eaten at mortons before in other states many years ago and it was top shelf but this expereince was not. The ribeye i had was not as good as outback. It had good flavor but was a bit tough. My girlfriend had a filet which was OK but just OK We got scalloped potatoes which were not scalloped they were just chunks Overall I would say for a $180 The meal should have been impeccable But it was just average. I could eat at J Michael prime For half the cost and have a better meal. With all the other choices in Atlanta I would say save your money and Choose another place Maybe it was an

The service is awesome. The drinks are just right. And the food is superb. The steak was really good. I must say. And the Brussel Sprouts were delicious. I'm definitely a fan of the mashed potatoes & the chicken is good as well. I would definitely come back. And I signed up for the Landry's Select Card too because there's a few of their restaurants I plan to frequent including this one.

We had dinner on a whim after walking around the area. Usually celebrating mass at the Basilica across the street which was closed. We've been to a few Morton's locations in Miami so this was not the first visit. Kevin our host was very helpful. We ate our ribeyes with truffle fries and followed them up with the divinely rich chocolate lava cake. It was a good night. The service was excellent. Our server was the best! Friendly, helpful, fun! We enjoyed a great meal.
We had the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer- which was delicious!
The bread and butter they bring to the table is great… the bread is fresh and warm! Yum!
Both my husband and I had the 12oz Filet mignon, cooked medium (and perfect). As a side, we had the Potatoes Au Gratin - oh my, so good!
My hubby got dessert and I have 2 glasses of Port Wine - because why not?!

This meal was $112.00. Just doesn’t look like it’s worth that amount of money. The steak was good but hard to cut with a plastic basic knife, they sell better plastic ware. The Caesar was very basic, dressing was good though. No sauce except butter for Lobster, nothing for the steak. No bread with a meal with this price tag should come with bread. Just overall did not look like a $112 meal.

This place is GORGEOUS! The vibes, immaculate. The ambiance, spectacular. The food, absolutely incredible!!!. When you walk in it just FEELS good to be there! The filet was amazing!!!! This place is the diet killer for me! LOL!! I had the filet with mash and asparagus! Tuna tartare, crab cakes and the sirloin on crostini. The tuna tartare was definitely the star of the show and the filet was the best supporting cast member! The vibe and the staff was absolutely amazing!! Nothing short of an upscale dining experience that you would only expect from Morton's.

Unfortunately, this is the lowest rating I have given to a restaurant. Absolutely over priced food, terrible service and uncomfortable atmosphere. The side dishes for a rather average and the meat wasn’t cooked to point.
Our waitress was rude, disappeared completely, didn’t check on us and made us wait an hour for our food. The most basic thing; sprite came bad, and when we explained that probably the machine wasn’t working (it tasted like soda water), she unwillingly brought us another….of the same! Still changed us for it.

I was really looking forward to this dinner to celebrate my 5th wedding anniversary. I have to say the food was disappointing. The ribeye steak was under seasoned but cooked exactly to my order of medium well. My husband loved his NY strip. The 25 dollar lobster Mac and cheese was a joke. It lacked salt flavor and richness in cheese for the price. The Brussel sprouts were just ok nothing special about them. The really would have been better roasted. Morton's The Steakhouse on Peachtree Center Avenue in Atlanta is a great place for all things steaks, sides, and desserts. This location does everything really well and is definitely worth it for an excellent dining experience. The staff here really goes all out to make sure that you are well taken care of and have everything that you need. It is good to have a place that you know will be good each time.

Mortons is a high end steakhouse chain with about 66 restaurants located around the United States. The premise is old school white table cloth with an emphasis on properly prepared beef and an impressive wine bible to accompany the journey. We arrived after given a gift card and enjoyed a date night with a few cocktails while also sharing a steak and appetizers. The service was extremely quick and friendly with our server clearly knowledgeable of all their techniques and cuts which make their steaks unique. Mortons will get you where you want to go and that place is tender and juicy steaks cooked

Came here for dinner with my son. We were warmly greeted and shown to our group immediately. We started our meal with a mixed salad. The salad was fine but nothing memorable. The vinegarette dressing was also not memorable. But then came the steak. My son and I both had a filet. Wow was it good. Super tender. Just delicious.
