I have lived here for 2 years now and I could not be happier with everything. The front office is extremely responsive to handling any issues I may have. The maintenance crew is speedy and throughout with addressing any issues that may have come about. The facilities such as the gym, pool, rooftop and all the other amenities are top notch. Thank you Austin, the maintenance crew, and the rest of the management for the best living situation! 10/10 would recommend living here…not to mention the prime location!

Living at the Vue was a really good experience. Fred, the building manager, is a pleasure to deal with and can’t say enough about his professionalism. Fred went out of his way many times to make me feel at home at the Vue. He and his team are always quick to respond to any requests. Amenities are nicely maintained and the rooftop has a great view!

Moving to LA from Seattle is scary enough. Now try doing it during a pandemic... I had less than a week and a half to find a place and to say some property managers were hard to deal with at other places was an understatement. Thankfully I found Vue Los Feliz and got connected to Austin Butcher. Austin not only sent me videos and did a virtual tour with me but I can prove through my text and email threads with him that I asked him non-stop questions almost everyday and he always responded back to me and dealt with in the most respectful and courteous way. I had no idea that he was being so attentive

Don’t do it. The apartments are dark, small (and ours had a funny smell) and the management is horrendous. Not quite sure who is leaving the positive reviews but I’d urge anyone looking to move in to look elsewhere before it’s too late. Can hear every noise from every direction. There’s a large group of homeless at the bottom end of the street. The location is really convenient, but that’s about it. We had a “renovated” apartment but everything there is done on a budget. We recently moved out to a new apartment and the difference in living standard and management is crazy.

I have been living here a few years. Overall I think it is good but not great. There is a high turnover rate of front office staff. Sometimes requests are resolved quickly and other time they will not respond to your request and multiple follow ups are required. While I found the staff are nice in general, sometimes I encountered someone who have talked looking down on me. Parking spots are often promised to be organized, management requested vehicle info by email multiple times but then don't execute. I noticed cars left abandoned for months/years. Porch drainage system is poor. Projects

It used to be a very friendly community until they changed to a big corporate building. All they want is to squeeze money out of your wallet. New management is horrible and not friendly all. As other reviews say, they add lots of new hidden fees and force you to do construction in your apartment

This building was purchased a few years ago and is now managed by FPI. Since then there has been a revolving door of community directors, non-stop construction as early as 7AM, additional fees forced upon residents, mandatory renovations in occupied units, broken amenities, frequent break-ins, stolen packages, vandalism, etc. and an overwhelming sense that the management doesn't care/actively hates you. All they want is to charge you as much as possible for a shoddy building in an admittedly good location.

Recently, they have raised the rent DURING the pandemic. As renters flee the city

I lived at Vue Los Feliz (formerly Los Feliz Club Apartments) for 10 years and loved my experience!
The location is amazing. I walked everywhere, which is such a luxury in a large spread out city. I loved the village and really got to know the community.
The junior studios are spacious and feel like spread out one bedroom apartments with balconies.
I used the rooftop almost every day to practice yoga and sunbathe. The view of the Hollywood Hills and Griffith Park Observatory is beautiful. There is an amazing indoor pool and jacuzzi with a well lit atrium.
Neighbors were friendly and for the

I lived here from October 2018 to March 2020. Building management is not transparent and dishonest. They were frequently dishonest about rent increases, including threatening an illegal rent increase of 40% to coerce me into signing a new lease that would waive my rights as a tenant. I did not sign the lease. If you don't believe me, talk to the tenants who formed a tenant's rights group at the building or the Facebook group formed to address these issues; ask the building manager how long they've been there and look at the turnover in building managers.

My fiancée and I moved in almost six months ago and in that short amount of time there have been tons of positive changes happening. We loved this building for its charm and incredible location and now we're really happy about all the improvements being made. The new managers are super friendly, helpful and they care about the residents honest feedback. As per usual when undertaking a massive renovation in the common areas, there are always delays and things that go wrong which can be annoying for tenants but overall it has been worth it and we're happy with where things are headed.

These apartments have gone under new management, and I personally think they are amazing! There are actual office hours now and the management are always available.

There have been a lot of new renovations making the apartment complex look newer and more modern. Greg and Cameron have both been very helpful throughout this transition. I just finished having construction done in my apartment for 2.5 weeks, but now my unit has its own washer and dryer and it's wonderful! The workers were always polite and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me and my 18 month old.

Any maintenance

I've lived here for almost 2 years. Great location and amenities - nice pool, gym, and parking garage. The building is quiet and generally just full of respectful, nice people. Manager Carl has been prompt and very easy to work with when small repairs or things come up. Everything is very well maintained and kept clean. We're right next to a ton of restaurants, movie theaters, bars, shops, and Griffith Park, and centrally located for getting into Hollywood, downtown, Silver Lake, Echo Park, etc.

I've lived in Los Feliz Club Apartments for almost 2 years and have had a fantastic experience. The neighborhood is one of the best in LA, with everything you need within walking distance (2 adorable vintage cinemas, Skylight Books, 3 grocery stores, Fred 62, Palermos, Little Dom's etc. etc...). I commute for work, so to be able to come home on Friday and not need to get in my car until Monday morning feels like a luxury.
The building is clean and well-maintained despite being on the older side, and any maintenance issues are addressed quickly if you reach out to Carl (the building manager) and

Great location! There is Hollywood to the South, and the beautiful Griffith Park to the North. The building is literally a block from Los Feliz Village on Vermont. There is a movie theatre, coffee shops, and TONS of great restaurants all within walking distance, I never have to worry about looking for parking. Speaking of parking, the building contains secure underground parking, which makes me feel secure, and saves me the hassle of looking for street parking, which is not plentiful in the area. For added security there are live security personal that guard the building during the after hours

The Los Feliz Club Apartments is a safe, quiet and luxurious apartment. The building has many amenities including beautiful landscaping, private gated parking, a large heated indoor pool & spa, a huge rooftop space, a workout room with high quality equipment and many laundry machines that in almost two years of living in the building, I have never encountered a day where all of the washers were taken. Another key feature in safety is the landlord is on site and on call 24/7 as well as responsive maintenance staff who make sure things are taken care of efficiently and quickly. Packages are easy

I've been a tenant with my husband for a couple years now and we've really loved our experience. Management is accommodating and the location is just perfect for anyone looking to reside in East LA. We've experienced minor issues in two years (have only requested maintenance help twice) and those got resolved quickly. Definitely recommend!

There are many reasons why I've lived here for 7 years and none of them are because I despise moving. Location and value for money are top.

Considering Los Feliz Club Apartments is a block away from the main strip in Los Feliz, it's incredibly quiet. I am able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, the Metro, a Frank Lloyd Wright house, and my barber and masseuse in less than 10 minutes! And... it's between the 5 and the 101 which means I can get to work in the valley in 15 minutes and still live IN L.A. My favorite part of the location is the accessibility

Best location in LA I think ! Walking distance to restaurants, book stores, cafes, bars, comedy theaters, banks, the post office, farmers markets, a park, a church, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and more!

I love the indoor heated pool & jacuzzi, my balcony has a beautiful view, I have my own parking space in the underground garage, and my friends usually don't have a problem finding parking on the street outside when they visit.

The building always feels clean and up to date. When I was looking for a place I experienced so many rickety elevators I never thought I'd find an affordable

I lived with my girlfriend at the Los Feliz Club Apartments for something like 2 years (we recently moved away).

The best thing about this apartment building is the location. Cute restaurants, cafés, bars, a nice park, an independent bookstore(!!) all within walking distance. If you're willing to hike a little, you can even walk to the Griffith Park Observatory, or explore the shops in Silver Lake. The public transportation options are also good here (by LA standards): walk half a mile to the Metro station at Sunset/Vermont, and it will take you to K-Town, Downtown, Hollywood, and Universal

I have lived in the building for over 9 years and have been more than happy here. I recently looked for places closer to my work to save me some driving time and found that no place can compare with the size, layout and amenities I enjoy here. I am more than happy to be staying here. Beautiful neighborhood plenty of great restaurants, bars and stores in walking distance.
