Living at Meridian Gardens apartments in Kent was the best decision we made while living in the Seattle area. We were a little worried when the complex changed hands and was bought by Thrive, but they quickly eschewed our expectations. In particular, Justin was extraordinarily helpful. He would often bring us our packages straight to our door and helped make our move-out process a breeze!

Aaron is always on the ball. I don't have many maintenance requests but when I do, they are handled sometimes even same day. When the issue could not be resolved the same day the manager did stay in contact with me to let me know the status. I appreciated that communication. Great job Thrive Meridian Garden staff!

Well.... let me just say that MERIDIAN GARDEN is the JACKPOT of apartment communities!! We feel so VERY LUCKY to have found this hidden gem!! We were in a time crunch and in need of an apartment ASAP! We had to do our search using the computer and phone calls from California. Justin, the Community Manager was OVER THE TOP helpful, friendly and answered ALL of my questions over several phone calls! I was skeptical, as I could not see the place for myself, but true to his word, Justin checked all the boxes pertaining to all of our concerns and wish/need list. This community has beautiful grounds

I am not really good at writing review. But yeah me and my husband is not fully moved in but the process that we've been through is pretty smooth. Meridian Garden is perfect for those first time apartment renters and I highly recommend it. Place is clean, quiet and safe. Most of all Justin Barta the community manager is very dedicated making sure everything is well taken cared of, if you have any concerns you can easily reach out to him and he will always try his best to respond back. Thank you Justin for all your effort you are appreciated. Keep up the great work!!!

This entire experience has been absolutely amazing. Justin has been so helpful and pleasant and has made the stressful experience of moving so much easier and smoother. The news that I needed to relocate from California here to Kent came abruptly and this move had to happen very quickly and suddenly and Justin and the whole team here not only helped make this emergency move happen, but they have made it a truly enjoyable experience.

The experience of finding an apartment at Meridian Gardens was effortless and efficient because of the Community Manager Justin Barta. Hes easy to talk to, he is able to multitask, and when he says he will get back to you, he actually means it. Definitely a honest and energetic young man and hes made my experience very comfortable.
