The Fletcher Southlands

The online process to qualify for an apartment is excruciating. We are senior adults (married) and there’s redundant questions that we BOTH have to fill out when it’s the EXACT SAME data for both of us (eg, we have one dog; we previously owned our house prior to moving her; etc). There needs to be a paper application for those of us who don’t have access to internet etc. we’re computer savvy and are pulling our hair out on this form. Perhaps offer two types of qualifying applications depending on renters.

Fletcher Southlands office management has been very helpful and responsive to any concerns I have had. They are prompt with answering phone calls and the maintenance team, Chuck is great and knowledgeable. Bruce is new to the team here and is a great addition with fixing any minor touch ups for our apartment. Johanna apart of the office team management is always friendly and gives her all to help someone. Thank you fletcher southlands!

I’ve lived at Fletcher Southlands for almost two years! The management staff is wonderful including Jennifer and Johanna. The maintenance staff is also wonderful. The maintenance staff always goes above and beyond in trying to help you or fix a problem. I haven’t even really had any problems but they helped me move some boxes I couldn’t move recently in order to get in and wash down my garage. Thank you to everyone at Fletcher Southlands! I look forward to living here for years to come!

Editing my review due to recent events and because seriously, Jennifer is awesome. Unfortunately, this is the first apartment I've had issues with and I wish they had turned out a little better. My update below explains that. However, don't pass on them, recent events showed we just had some neighbors that weren't making the situation easier on anyone (can't blame the complex for that). The complex is also still trying to work with us on the issues we have, which is really appreciated. We lived at Fletcher just shy of 6 years. Johanna is the absolute best! She has always been so kind, understanding and accommodating at all times. It’s no wonder she was promoted to Community manager. Chuck (who just left) was also amazing. He was always quick to fix any maintenance issues that came up. The area itself is getting a bit rough - but it’s like that everywhere. We loved our first apartment together which is conveniently located close to EVERYTHING!

I have had a great year. The apartment is nice, the pool is the best part hahaha besides the staff. All are friendly and really tend to your needs. The neighborhood is great and taco bell is right down the road so that definitely is a plus. All in all it's been a great Fletcher experience.

My fiancé and I lived at the Fletcher Apartments for over 3 years. We really enjoyed staying here. The staff is absolutely amazing. We never had any issues with paying rent or if a issue would arise for maintenance they would make sure it was taken care of right away. It truly felt like a community here. All of our neighbors were amazing and looked out for each other. If you’re looking for a great safe family environment this is your place with many things to do around the area.

We moved here from Alaska to be closer to family. I love everything, it's a great place to live. The staff is really helpful and they put up with me. Johanna has been great to us and maintenance is always on top of our work orders. Chuck has taken care of us every time something goes wrong! I used to be a landlord in Alaska so I know it's hard to manage a place but they do a great job and I am glad my wife and I are here. I enjoy the brand new clubhouse and the events that they have.

Management does not care about quality of life and neither do the residents! Walk the property before you rent here!! Hot tub hasn’t worked in over 2 years! Most of the street lights are out, they’ve said they will be replacing them ”soon” for the last 8 months. They overwater despite drainage issues, as a result the sidewalks are always flooded and grass is a swamp land. Since new owners took over, Fletcher/Echelon Group they say they’re going to enforce clean patios but that hasn’t happened yet! People have recliners, storage, etc on their porches.
