The Kirkwood Team definitely "strives for all fives". We were able to walk through our apartment, three days before signing the agreement and our apartment exceeded our expectations! Moving is inherently stressful and inevitably there were a few 'small bumps' in the process, but the Kirkwood Team and leasing consultant, Lexis Gibbs, were on point. This was our first lease agreement for our family, so we had many questions.

Good neighbors overall and I like the neighborhood. Building is open, and there is no air circulation in the hallways so it gets extremely humid in the summer. Humidity in my apartment is sometimes 85%. It ruined my imac camera. They tried to create more air circulation but it did not work. My lease agent (Amy) was always so miserable and moody and you can tell she hates her job. It was really hard to communicate with her and she always seemed like she is offended by you asking her any question. Agents should not be like that.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about living in this community. The leasing office personnel are highly professional, attentive and courteous. Our neighbors are warm & considerate. The location is excellent—walking distance to restaurants, a beautiful park and also an urban forest with a community garden. Sometimes it feels as though we live in a resort with the beautiful pool and well maintained gym. Although there have been some challenges in living in this community—like the fire alarm problem from a few years ago—the staff is highly committed to fixing any problems immediately.

This is in regard to Unit 4113 (You have been warned) 1) Leased a unit as an out of town move-in, arrived and the unit I leased wasn't actually available! So they put me in a different unit, different floor plan. 2) Arrive at my new home and the apartment has not been turned-over, there is visible black mold growing on a door, every single drawer and cabinet appears to have significant water damage and mold growth and there is trash in some of the drawers (side note: there is a checklist posted on the door that it had already been punchlisted TWICE). We relocated from another state, and cross country moves can be very stressful, fortunately the entire Kirkwood Team (especially Amy) has made the entire process so much easier. From the initial phone call inquiry to move-in, she has been extremely helpful, accommodating, and an overall joy to work with!
We moved with a small UHaul 4x8 trailer and the maintenance duo was phenomenal in helping us unhitch the fully loaded trailer.
The entire building is very clean with great amenities, and the location is wonderful! It is walkable to many restaurants, coffee shops, and a very cute ceramic shop

They were helpful for move in and move out dates, usually laid back and flexible. Good property that functions as promised. Problems repaired quickly. Kyle is helpful and responsive and kind. Only true problems we encountered was bad wifi in lobby and occasional gates going out of service. Awesome location. Overall a very good complex to live in with friendly staff.

I haven’t yet moved in but I have been working with Amy remotely with the whole leasing process and she’s been absolutely amazing, answering the many questions I’ve had about each step! I came from out of state to tour the apartments and decided to come again the next day for a second look and she squeezed us in for another tour right before closing with no problem. I wasn’t able to do a walkthrough inspection of the apartment so she did a video tour of it and sent it to me along with the forms needed. The whole apartment building seems clean and well taken care of. Amy has been so helpful

I have moved a lot over the years for my job and have therefore lived in a ton of different apartment complexes. The Kirkwood Apartments is by far the best. The management company is constantly making upgrades and improvements, such as a small dog park outback and more walking paths. The common areas are always clean and well maintained. The other residents in the apartment are all friendly but quiet. The apartments are also the most soundproof I have ever lived in. I love that there is an option for an assigned parking spot so I get to park in the same, convenient spot every time. The location

Awesome experience with leasing staff, specifically Kyle! He made the application process and ultimate signing of lease seem-less. He knows the property like the back of his hand and really listened to my needs and wants when looking for the perfect unit.
The property is well maintained and located within minutes to coffee shops and restaurants. The property offers great amenities including a HUGE gym. The staff does sanitize on a daily basis and people are able to adequately social distance. Just moved in but super excited to be here!

Moved into The Kirkwood recently and am already very impressed. The staff is very friendly and professional. I worked with Kyle in regards to touring, applying and ultimately signing the lease. Kyle is super knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. Maintenance is friendly and quick with all work orders. The property is centrally located and well-maintened. Interior and exterior amenities are very nice and make the price worth it. Highly recommend.

Just renewed our lease and can’t be more pleased with this property. Kyle, our leasing agent, has been so helpful and responsive. Very modern finishes. The property is always clean. Our amenities are up to… date and available- huge two story gym, fully stocked coffee bar with Starbucks coffee, nice pool, lounge area with heaters and Adirondack chairs, etc. Safe neighborhood. Kirkwood is the urban suburb in the city. The property makes us feel like a true community with resident events and special treats for us on certain holidays. Thanks to Silvana for her great job at making this

I really enjoy living in this community. The amenities are first class, the Gym saves me from having a separate gym membership and the leasing team are all very professional. They have a system where they accept text messages as a means of communication which makes it very convenient to get in touch with them. I would highly recommend this community and the team for anyone wanting to move into the Kirkwood Area
