These apartments are affordable and in a very convenient location. I feel very well taken care of here. Every time I have a problem or a concern I always call Stephanie Arneroz and she is always quick in getting me taken care of. I have loved living in these apartments. I feel right at home especially with the awesome staff. Call for Stephanie and I promise you will feel like family when you live here.

Loved living here, Esmeralda was always super helpful if we had any questions or concerns. As well as their maintenance team they were always there to assist us. Pet friendly which was a plus for and if you are military definitely a must due to their flexible rules for it. Also you get a lot of space for what you pay ,compare to other apartments in the area. Also there are a lot of stores close by even walking distance which was a plus as well.

The staff is very helpful and attentive, the maintenance crew is so awesome and on top of it. Enrique is awesome, friendly and quick to help with anything that may happen in the apartment, the girls are amazing as well Liz the manager is on top of it, and Jackie and Amayra are very friendly. Esmeralda was always an amazing help aa well, the apartment itself is cozy, has a homey feel, love the landscape around, and free cable and internet is an extra plus. The area too is great, ive lived in alot of apartments and this one is definitely great.

I been living here for the past 6 months and I have nothing but good things to say about management and maintenance staff. My A.C. went out and they came out the next day.day to fix it. They did a terrific job and right after that I received a call from the front office to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I have not been spoil so much since staying at the Ritz hotel. I want to give high fives to the front office and the maintenance crew. Great job you guys and thank you!!!

I am going on my 5th year at the wind tree apts I have stated her so long because the manager Esmeralda is awesome she keeps things running smooth and the ladies in the front office are always extremely helpful. The maintenance team is fast acting. I put a with order in, in the morning and it is done by the end of the day. I have an issue with something I contact Esmeralda out one of the ladies in the front office and they get it taken care quick. Great staff.

Windtree definitely had some very beautiful and cozy apartments . Unfortunately, their staff definitely was the bummer of my living situation. I personally felt like they had a personal vendetta towards me or simply nothing better to do they basically watched everything I did. When I first looked at these apartments i was promised I would not be put in front of the office . Once I signed the lease they gave me the keys to the apartment they were showing , located right in front of the main office. (No privacy )Moreover, that one chick Jackie and Esmeralda insisted on having basically all my family

Front desk is rude, pool is only open one month out of the year, hot tub doesn't even work. Their "military discount" is 3% (it pretty much covered the $20 parking fee) And screw you over when it comes to moving out by charging the first 2 months of water (with out notice in move in) and charge about $600 for carpet replacement in less then 100 square feet of carpeting. Don't make the same mistake we did by moving in. They will get as much money out of you as possible! And their "maintenance" for our gas leak was duck taping the pipes. And they don't even care

Very rude staff..Bad experience, they changed the girl at the front desk and she is always rude and if you want to talk to the manager they cover for each other saying she thats she is always in a "metting" also if you call they never answer .....
you need a key for everything for the fitness center and laundary which made it a problem.. many time we helped our neighboors and other people to open the door because they forget their keys inside.... so unconvinient
They say that they close the office at 5:30 or 6 dont remember but sometimes they close earlier i came by and they were closed at 4

Great apartment complex in East El Paso! It's conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and everything else you might need, it's very affordable and the apartments are very spacious!
There's a well-kept gym, pool, hot tub and laundry room; and there are trees and green areas all over. It's beautiful, comfortable and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Honestly, they're like SoCal apartments but cheaper! And maybe even a bit bigger!
