We welcome one dog, or two cats, or one dog and one cat per unit. There is a non-refundable $150 pet deposit (no matter if you have one or two pets) and a monthly rent fee of $10 per month per pet. The weight limit is 25 lbs and all aggressive breeds are prohibited. Please call our leasing office for more details.
