I lived here for a little over two years (2019-2021). This was a great place to live. Affordable, no rent increases, friendly neighbors, quick maintenance, friendly staff, option to add washer and dryer for reasonable fee, nice apartments inside and out. Felt safe for the most part. Good location near parks, malls, etc.

I've lived here less than a month now, but so far it's been a great place to live. They emphasize being quiet and respectful of your neighbors and everyone seems to do just that. When there's an issue with your apartment, submit a service request and they respond very quickly and usually have it fixed that same day! Great apartment for a good price!! 10/10 would recommend!

Overall a very nice place to live, especially if you are on your own! The location relative to both Kingston Pike and Clinton Highway is great, but make sure to have a car that can get up or down the hill if it ices over. Furnishings for the apartments are really nice, they take care to not let insects in, and it's overall a very quiet and peaceful place to live. The landlord is pretty quick to respond and have maintenance take care of issues as they arise as well.

This place is a hidden gem. Rates are unbeatable. Apartments are all updated, with granite, stainless steel appliances and wood-looking tile flooring AND W/D connections! Maintenance guy is always on site and very professional. Management is super cool and very helpful with anything you need. We’ve lived here over a year and haven’t had any problems. Other than some neighbors with a noisy dog but it goes with the territory. Oh and The pool is very relaxing!

I have been living here for just over a year. I love the little complex. As a single woman, I feel very safe and secure. The price cannot be beat, with the inclusion of wireless and water. I would recommend for anyone who is looking for an updated, clean and locally run facility. Also, the little pool during the summer is great for lounging and relaxing!
