I lived here for 2 years and just moved out. I honestly have nothing negative to say. I was first in a 1 bedroom and then transferred to a 2 bedroom. They were both beautiful apartments.
The staff were always so nice and understanding. My AC went out once, I put the request in through my portal that night and maintenance came bright and early the next morning and fixed it.
I NEVER had bugs. So pest control is ON TOP OF IT.
The community is pretty quiet for the most part. I've since moved out of state and I keep saying if I could pick up this property and move it and place it where I&apos

I would give even less stars if i could. I lived in this apartment for about roughly 3 months and there making us pay for a full carpet replacement stating that there is stains, from out adult litter box trained service cats that were for my daughter, one stain was huge when we moved in that we took pictures of before moving anything into the apartment that they claimed the apartment carpet was brand knew! When there was this huge stain! Then saying after only 3 months that we have to pay a full carpet replacement on a few small stains that there claiming was animal related we have 2 small kids

I can only speak for myself and so I know that my experience has been exceptional. Everyone at the office is very polite and very efficient at what they do. The thing I’m most surprised about is the work orders. They take care of my work order requests very quickly. As a 10+ year renter I understand renting comes with compromises and I’ve lived in very nice very new places and I have never had such quick and efficient service. I’m not sure if my work orders are just easy or what not but they fix it within the day and then they send me an email when it couldn’t be fixed that day and also

This review is late as we moved out in May 2021 when we bought our first home. Thinking back, Andante was the most pleasant renting experience I’ve had in my entire life. We moved in during the middle of Covid. During that time, everything was virtual, but the move-in process went smoothly. We didn’t see our unit in person until we received our keys and we were so pleased with the interior! Beautifully updated kitchen and maximum natural lighting stole my heart! The staff was always friendly and helpful. Maintenance was quick to help whenever needed, no questions asked. The grounds were nicely

We've loved this place! Seriously a hidden gem! Unfortunately a job transfer is having us move cities, but we would prolong our stay in a heartbeat! See my pros and cons below:
Pros:
- Maintenance Staff: They respond very quickly! Every time we submitted a request, we had a response and someone at the apartment within a few hours. It's also nice seeing them around the community keeping things clean and safe.
- Office Staff: Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! I love their flexible leases.
- Amenities: I've never grilled so much in my life! Maintenance is constantly resurfacing and improving

Do not move here, though units are nice we had nothing but pest issues. We had 4 scorpion incidents within a matter of 6 weeks, on the walls, kitchen counter, bed, etc. management does not care other than collecting rent and offering pest control. We had pest control twice without any results. We also got charged an early move out penalty. Also head others complaining about rats everywhere. If you want a safe, clean place DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

My roommate and I have recently been looking into leasing here at Andante. The initial meeting of everyone in the office was very informational and friendly! We immediately wanted to apply. The application process has been quick and easy along with resources being straightforward and easily attainable. Of course with any new move comes questions and concerns. Great apartment complex and nice amenities! I’ve lived here since the beginning of the year and have had only positive experiences with the complex and staff. I feel safe within this community, and I am glad to have chosen to live here (nice location near the 10). I recently was on the search for a one bedroom apartment at Andante, and Nicole went above and beyond in helping me with my endeavors! I was given ample enough information and am highly impressed with the customer service provided by all staff I interacted with. I was even referred to sister properties by Nicole that were in the surrounding area that would best suit my needs, especially considering I am from out of state.I was met with the upmost hospitality by all leasing agents I encountered. I moved in before the new management took over in January 2021. When I first moved in it was nice. After the new management took over it was terrible. The new management did not care about the people living their. We moved out recently and they are still charging me for three more months of rent. There is someone new living in the apartment I moved out of and they are still charging me rent. I'm sure they have better lawyers than me so it's not worth fighting but I think it's highly unethical.

Since I've lived here I've had to deal with amenity closures without a reduction in rent, constant maintenance, 48 hour entrance notices and just overall stupidity from management. Now they're painting the exterior of the buildings which is so stupid since we all have to make sure our cars are out of the way when there's already NO PARKING. Industrial painting isn't cheap. That's probably how they can justify gauging us $1,300 for the smallest one bedroom.
They also will require you to let maintenance

My stay at this apartment complex has been hell. If you have a choice run the other way. I have one assigned parking spot and it is very far away from my apartment. Whenever you call the front office it takes at least 20 calls in order for someone to actually answer the phone it is absolutely ridiculous. also they could care less about any of the tenants.
