The Heights almost feels like you are in Austin. There are lots of hole in the wall bars and eateries here. Fitzgerald's is in The Heights if you are keen on live music from local bands. If you own a bicycle it's the perfect place to be with plenty of organized biking events and pub crawls.

Night owls will feel right at home in Midtown. Plenty of bars and there's always something to do, or someone to chill with. Everything is within walking distance, but if you happen to own a car you will have easy access to Hwy 59 and I-45. Take advantage of all the bar food specials during the week.
There are tons of things to do in the Houston Galleria area. You will be able to walk from your apartment to fine dining, upscale shopping, and unique bars/nightclubs. It's another city within the city of Houston surrounded by high rises and the famous Galleria Mall. Big City living with easy access to 610 and I-10.

Sam worked with me in a very efficient and professional manner. I had to move out of my old apartment and move into a new one all in about 72 hours and Sam made it all happen. I'll probably be moving again in a year, and I now know Apartment Science will be my go-to guys. 10/10 times I would recommend Apartment Science - great people and great results!

I had to move out of my apartment ASAP and Sam Foster provided me with quick response times and thorough apartment information. They called and set appointments for me and made the entire process super easy. I have a pit bull so that made things a little challenging for me, but they found me apartments that accommodated my dog with no issues! Highly recommend!

Sam Foster working for Apartment Science did an amazing job referring me to a great apartment complex in Midtown Houston. He was very patient and thorough in making sure that I got a great deal for an apartment (including cost, location relative to work and safety of neighborhood) even though I wasn't present and able to investigate the area. I recommend all of my friends to search for apartments through AP.

I worked with Sam Foster to find an apartment near University of Houston. He sent me a very helpful list and even called to confirm prices for me. I was able to find a great studio apartment with an awesome move in special. Rick and his team went above and beyond to send me several great options for apartments in my area. I only had two weeks to find an apartment. They were professional and responded quickly to all my needs. I was able to get a great move in special. The apartment usually rents for $1400, but Rick found a special for $1139 and only a $99 deposit! Highly recommended.

Apartment Science was a phenomenal way to search for apartments! I really enjoyed working with Adam Shrum. Adam provided me with an excellent list of apartment communities based on the search criteria that was provided. Adam also provided me with an updated list of special offers, and was always excited to hear feedback after I visited each community. Adam was a big help! I usually just look for apartments online myself, but when I saw the video on the website I figured I'd give Apartment Science a shot. I spoke with Adam and he seemed to know a lot about areas inside the loop, a lot more than I did for sure. Adam steered me in the right direction and got me into a place that I love.
