PLEASE DO NOT move into this building it is one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. When I first moved in and requested to reserve the elevator they did not allow me access to it even tho I had it reserved. Not only that but there are only allowed seven guests parking passes if they don’t have that pass he will be towed no matter what time day and the building is OK with that. To top of everything else there are roaches in every room I was approached by one of my neighbors on the day I moved in and told me that I needed to spray and seal any cracks in the apartment or you would get

I came to view a 2 bedroom with my boyfriend and loved the property. Yalem was very sweet and knew the answers to all my questions which was rare that day compared to all the oher places we visited. She even took out time to show me 2 other units! We were so ready to apply but our top priority was hard flooring 😩😩 Make sure you ask for her when you go!

Me & my roommate,We came across to this property Saturday, we where really rushing because we are out of town & needed to leave asap, we just stopped so we can get a quick info for now, this young lady named Yalem in the leasing office is a GEM,she made sure we get all the quick information we need as she multi tasking in the office, she handed us brochures & her card so she can send us all the details , treated us greatly, definitely coming back for a scheduled tour
. We loved how we felt welcomed at the property.
