We used Dig's to purchase our apartment in Manhattan in 2018. We had used two different brokers until we met Dan from Digs. The whole process was way more enjoyable with Digs. They are professional, patient and very thorough with their comps. We got a big rebate check after closing, which was such a great feeling and went towards our new furniture! Dan and Sara were soooo helpful with the purchase of my new (and first) apartment earlier this year. Dan is the best. He's a great negotiator, great listener, knows the city and the market back to front, and inspires complete confidence. We purchased our first co-op a few months ago and Dan was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and provided a really thorough comps report when we were ready to make an offer. He provides honest feedback is overall a pleasure to work with. He responds to emails and texts in a timely fashion.
