I've lived here since 2007, and I've always been very happy with the apartments, building and maintenance. The location is ideal, and is walking distance from Pico Blvd. and great theaters and restaurants. Also two blocks from the Westwood Metro Station. Nora, the Resident Manager, is excellent, and takes care of any needs in a prompt and diligent manner. One thing, though. The pool should be heated year-round, not just March through mid-November. Hint, hint!

Nora was the single most professional and friendly property manager that I have ever worked with in all my years of renting. The apartment itself is pretty good as well, with good amenity and easy access to pretty much anything.

My wife and I lived here for over a year without any complaints! We would have stayed longer but had to return to the Midwest to be with family. The building is always clean, well maintained, very quiet and family friendly. It’s a wonderful location and we absolutely loved our time there. Nora, the property manager, was incredible, always a joy to work with and exceeded our expectations. It’s hard to come across a place like this. We highly recommend living here. Thank you, Nora! We will miss you.

I lived here from 2017 to 2021 and had an excellent experience. It was the best run apartment I’ve lived in due to the manager, Nora. She is accesible, funny, kind, and super efficient! Any small issues were handled with grace and fairness.

I loved living at Park Overland apartments. Nora, The property manager, was so nice, so accommodating, and such a pleasure to be around. Whenever I needed some thing, the management team was so quick to help me. The units are so clean, the amenities are phenomenal. The price was just right and it was my favorite stay in Los Angeles. If I ever move back I will totally go back to Park Overland Apartments. Thank you Nora for creating an amazing living experience!

Lived here for a year. Best property manager we've had. If we ever had any maintenance issues, it was fixed in a few days, but there wasn't many maintenance problems in the first place. Shout out to Nora for always being super helpful and responsive. We'd recommend this place because of her service alone.
Overall the area is good, very central to a lot of eateries. Few mins to Sawtelle, Century City Mall, Santa Monica, you name it.

I have lived at Park Overland for over a year and it was the best experience! Nora is the best apartment manager i ever had. She really cares. She is super friendly and always welcoming.
She will make sure you get your Amazon package if they are left in the mail room. I never had request maintenance more than once( replacement for my AC filter). I would recommend this apartment if anyone interested!!

The only reason I left is the price of rent went up too much plus they began charging residents for water, which was not a tenant responsibility prior.
They could stand to make a few updates to the shared amenities, particularly the gym, which I used quite often. Some newer equipment and a TV would have really improved the gym area.

I can't imagine living anywhere else in LA. I've lived here over a year (most residents have been here longer! Many 10+ years). People stay so long because the apartment, location, and management are great.
Apartment: The outside building itself is not modern, the elevators are nothing special, HOWEVER, INSIDE the apartments are fully renovated - hardwood floors, marble countertops, big kitchen sinks, etc.
I live in a 1 bedroom + LOFT. I measured once and the ceilings are 20ft+high, there are massive full length windows - it is amazing! I have a perfect palm tree view of Century City

I've lived at Park Overland since early 2017. For the location and price, this is about as good as it gets. The building is clean and I've never had any issues with noisy neighbors. The few maintenance requests I've made were dealt with in a professional manner. The building manager, Nora gets to take a lot of the credit for this. She keeps tenants up to date on anything we need to know about the building, and is quick to respond to any inquiries about rent, mail, maintenance etc...

The hallways, gym, elevators, and general grounds are always kept clean (a person comes to clean the area I think once a week).
There's tons of parking out in front where guests can park for free (unless it's Tue 10-12 I think).

I lived here for just over 3 years. The apartment was fantastic and the management was superb. Nora was extremely responsive, helpful, and understanding about maintenance problems. She was always available for questions or late-night issues. I can brag about the apartment itself (rooftop pool, balcony, gym, sauna, come on...), but what truly makes this place one of the best apartments I've ever lived in is Nora. If you're looking for an apartment with great perks and a landlord who will always be there when you need her, look no further.

Nora is the absolute best property manager and is very attentive, sensitive, and responsive to her tenants' needs and comfort. One time, I had a pipe leak within the wall of my apartment, and Nora responded to my email immediately and had someone come over and fix the problem the very next day. The building itself is also very nice, with a nice rooftop and serviceable gym. The only reason I moved was because the area is just getting too expensive, otherwise I would no doubt still be living there!

I could not have had a more pleasant experience moving in. The property manager, Nora, is so thoughtful, caring, and on top of things. The apartment is beautiful. They seem to take great care of the building and try to make everything as convenient as possible for the tenants, from paying rent online to well maintained laundry rooms.

Park Overland is a great place to live. The location is perfectly located near the 405 and 10 with great food and bar options within 1/2 a mile. Parking was always easy with a space assigned to your unit and ample street parking. Nora is the best apartment manager I've had. She is quick to solve issues and is always friendly and helpful. The only con is the elevators. They consistently break and are shut down for a few days at a time.

Nora is great! Loved being here when the management took over.
This is a prime location and you get what you pay for. Everything's close--The 405, the 10, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica. All within 10-15 minutes.
Great spacious apartments and a cool pool on the roof.
Nora has continued to assist with mail forwarding since I departed and I really much appreciate it when the hassle of the DMV gets involved.
Would recommend for anyone looking to live in the 90064 / Cheviot Hills area.

I've lived at Park Overland for a little over a year now and I have to say that the property and its units are wonderful. It is evident that through how clean the hallways and even the trash rooms are, that the property is well taken care of and is regularly maintained. The units themselves are also very well kept and have a very modern feel to it with the wood floors, white walls, and stainless steel appliances.

Lived here for one year, Nora is great! The location is extremely convenient and the apartments are very cozy. It's a little bit annoying being on a main road but that also makes it really close to metro/commuter bus. I worked downtown and lived here, rode the commuter bus every day and it was magnificent.

I love living here. It's been about a year and Nora (apartment manager) has made my transition to LA a very smooth one by going above and beyond manager duties. For example, I had a loved one pass away last year while I was traveling on the east coast and Nora was able to overnight my passport to the east coast so I could attend the funeral services in a foreign country.
In addition to great management, I love the amenities- pool, spa, gym, sauna as well as its proximity to everything in West LA. I've recommended to many friend and colleagues.

Nora, the on-site manager, is extremely helpful and professional; repairs and issues are addressed quickly and thoroughly. The building is well maintained, with cleaning crews tending to the common areas weekly. There's a gym with attached bathrooms, common room with pool table, hot-tub, sauna, and rooftop pool!
Also worth mentioning is the building's excellent location. Five minute drive to the 10 and 405, and a ten minute walk to the Westwood/Rancho Park
