This place is THE BEST PLACE TO STAY AT. I been here a little over Two weeks and me and my son love it. Joanne is super super awesome can’t say nothing bad about this lady. She is understanding and sweet, and being a single dad living in a place that is safe and quiet. And that guy name Bob, he is really good too lol. Thank you Joanne you are a god sent❤️❤️

I lived at Fairgate for 2 years. The grounds were always kept up nice, the neighborhood in general is very quiet, and the staff was always friendly. I can't say enough good things about Joanne, specifically. She was always inviting, warm, and helpful. Service requests were completed in a timely manner and with respect to the living space. I love that this community is tucked away and self contained but also very close to multiple grocery store options and restaurants. You don't have to go far for anything you might need.

I am so happy with my decision to move to Fairgate Apartments. As a long-time homeowner...I wasn't sure about moving to an apartment., but I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoy living at Fairgate. I chose one of the garden homes with lots of square footage, a lovely covered front porch and a spacious back patio. Privacy is really important to me, and these homes are tucked away in off-the-beaten-path cul-de-sacs. They actually look just like privately owned homes. If you're looking for a small, quiet, well-maintained, friendly apartment community, I strongly recommend Fairgate Apartments at the corner of Fairgate and Leesville Roads. Apartments are spacious, neutrally decorated and well-constructed with plenty of parking while the grounds are attractive and immaculate with efficient trash collection. The location is convenient to shops, services, highways and RDU airport. I have been a resident at Fairgate apartments for 3 years and I really enjoy living here. It's peaceful and quiet and the area is well kept. The apartments are in a great location with easy access to 540. Joanne was exceptional in leasing my apartment and everyone in the office is kind and helpful. I recommend it for anyone! (Single, married, kids, no kids, and pet owners)

I was told I had to sign the lease before I ever saw the apartment because it was being “renovated”. When I voiced concern with this I was told it was standard practice, and there was a waitlist of others wanting to move-in, it was the only available apartment, etc. Once I received the keys I inspected apartment and gave a list of concerns to maintenance, including water damage on the walls (there was a piece of wood that was warped, my finger poked right through it). Few items from my list were addressed. The appliances and flooring were clearly new, but the apartment itself was very dated

I lived at Fairgate for two years and would give this apartment community 10 stars if i could. The management of the community is as professional as it gets, and I never had any heissues while living here. The manager, Joanne, responds quickly and professionally to communications, and maintenance usually responds within hours to any issues (which have been few). I will miss living at Fairgate and would recommend it (and have) to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, and safe community.

We lived here for a little over a year and a half. This is a great complex. The grounds were immaculate. Any issues or repairs to apartments were taken care of within 24 hours or less. Any emergencies were taken care of immediately. Carlos and John were great at caring for and maintaining our apartments. JoAnne in the office was always helpful and great to our grandchildren when they came to swim and stay with us. Couldn't have asked for a better place. The apartments are sound and you don't hear neighbors.

We have lived at Fairgate Apartments for many years and have always been happy with our decision to move here. The community is very tight knit and everyone is extremely nice. The staff, Joanne and Carlos are always very kind, they greet you with a smile and they know everyone by their name! . Any repairs that need to happen are taken care of quickly and efficiently. We have always felt safe and happy here. This is an awesome community to live in, the best in town.

I have lived in many communities in the area, many much more expensive/trendy, and Fairgate far exceeds any of my previous experiences. Joanne is an absolute joy and goes out of her way to make every resident feel welcome. I'm pretty sure Carlos can fix anything. The older construction means large rooms and great soundproofing, but they are also diligent about upkeep including most recently all new roofs with basically no disturbance to residents. The grounds are also lovely and well maintained. I love that it is also a diverse neighborhood and has young families, singles, retirees. I'm so grateful

We have lived here almost 3 years. You would never know that this is a rental community. Well maintained by the staff and the residents. You walk around and most everyone says hello. You might even get invited… in for a glass of wine! We also have frequent visits from deer, owls and hawks, not to mention all the birds. If you want a quiet place to call home, but only minutes from I-540, come here!
