Been here 2 years. A few things are dated and should be upgraded but the office staff is AMAZING! I have lived in quite a few places and they are so courteous and maintenance is so prompt. Definitely recommend! Home sweet home! If I would have to say something "negative" the walls are paper thin. Having an upstairs neighbor that has very heavy feet can get annoying, but this is renting.

I just moved into Huntington Ridge Apartments 2 months ago, and my experience has been fantastic so far! Pasha the manager is very personable and professional, Martha is great and the maintenance team of Durga and Alfredo are amazing and have been very responsive to my needs. It is such a different experience than other apartment complex I have rented from in the past. Thank you so much everyone!!

I haven't even moved in yet and I'm seriously impressed by how helpful, accommodating, and friendly Pasha and Mary have been. I simply can't wait to move in; the day can't arrive quickly enough!
Edit: moved in mid-May and this place is fantastic. Pasha and Mary in the office have continued to be helpful and welcoming. The maintenance crew is A+ and super friendly and professional. If you're looking for a quiet cat-friendly place to live in east Denver/west Aurora, this is the place.

This is my third time moving to Hunting Ridge and I return because of Pasha and his staff. The grounds are maintained well, the community is friendly and peaceful. I have lived here for almost 4 years. Huntington Ridge has offered me the best renting experience I have ever had. The apartment is spacious, includes a fire place, washer and dryer, dishwasher, private storage, and balcony. And, the cost to live here is very reasonable. The best part of the experience is the staff. The office manager, Pasha, is one of the nicest people you could meet. The maintenance responds to work orders quickly and effectively, though I rarely need anything fixed. It was an amazing blessing from God for me to find this place. I have no complaints. I lived at Huntington Ridge for four years and am very grateful for my time there. Pasha is a fantastic landlord - always welcoming, understanding, and prompt to respond. All of the other staff are also incredibly friendly and quick to resolve any issues.
The apartments have a lot of natural light and a little porch. The complex is right by the Highline Canal trail which is great for running, biking, or walking. Also nice location to a shopping complex.
