The maintenance individual Michael does a great job at quickly fixing and providing solutions to maintenance request sent. He effectively repaired both washer and shower issues I was having the same day!

MICHAEL is amazing!!! he came and fixed a leak in our apartment in the middle of the day on Christmas Day. He is very kind and a fantastic maintenance man. Velaire would not be the same without him! He is always working with a big smile on his face and is friendly to everyone. I’m extremely grateful for everything he does for our complex. Thank you Michael! Merry Christmas

Michael from maintenance was absolutely awesome! He came in during Christmas to fix a leak in our ceiling. He was very responsive, courteous, and professional. He fixed the leak and made sure to clean up all the mess from the water leak. Very pleased with this place and he represented them very well.

Lived here for 3 years and it's been a great place to be! Location is amazing; being able to walk to the gym, less than 5 minutes from Fry's and 2 minutes from the 101 can't be beat. Leilani in the front office has been amazing! Although I do not go in there often she always remembers what apartment I'm in and asks about my dogs. She has also been crucial in helping me transition with military stuff.

It's been great living here! Quiet, well maintained and relaxing is the atmosphere at Velaire. Mike as well as all of the maintenance crew come in a timely manner and fix whatever needs tending to. Professional and friendly is also a plus! Leilani is super sweet and always greets you with a smile when you're around. Overall it's been wonderful to live here and we've enjoyed the great environment. Highly recommend!

I love the community here! The staff members are pleasant and very helpful. Leilani is awesome. During a time when she was busy, she still took a moment to address my concerns. More importantly, she keeps her promises. Mike, the maintenance man is very helpful and pleasant as well. He came right away to repair some things and suggested that we replace our filters. He completed the job in what seemed like 2.5seconds and offered to help with other repair needs. I'm grateful to have such great people around.

This is definitely the place to be in North Glendale/Peoria! The office staff, the maintenance crew, and the neighbors are all fantastic people, and the complex is amazing and very well kept. My little dog and I love dog park, the dog wash facility, and walking around the two lakes in front and behind the place, plus the desert space behind the property offers a lot of free roaming. It's also nice to be near to the schools next door to hear the kids playing in the day or watch the softball games on the weekends. More than 5 stars!

We are new residents here and our experience has been nothing short of amazing! Leilani helped us find the perfect unit, with a beautiful view, and she was super down-to-earth & accommodating. We requested a couple maintenance changes, and Mike came to take care of all our request and went above & beyond to make we were happy. Because of their good vibes, dedication and professionalism, we feel at home here and are so happy we chose Velaire (after viewing 8 different complexes in the area). Would highly recommend this place.
