Y'all, stop your searching now for an apartment locator and call Vita! (I'm dead serious).
I recently relocated from Austin to Denver and started looking for apartments on my own a few months back and was very quickly overwhelmed and confused on if I would find a place I loved living in.
Luckily, my stars somehow got aligned to meet Sara Benson from Vita and from the moment we spoke on the phone I felt an enormous amount of pressure lift from my chest. Not only was Sara professional, prompt, and organized she also is from the Denver area and knows everything an anxious mind could possibly want

Hey Vita! I had the pleasure of working with Ashley, who was quick to respond, kind, and definitely portrayed a feeling of wanting to provide a home that would be best for me and my needs. Never did I feel like she "had" to do this for me but that she wanted to and cared about my possible new living living space. I appreciated her drive to move quickly as she knew I was coming back into the country after vacation within a few weeks. She's super sweet and most definitely good at what she does. Mary helped us find our first apartment when we moved to Denver. She was knowledgeable and found is the perfect apartment, right on the corner next to the pool so our kids could be seen from the apartment while they played! She asked so many quality questions to figure out what I truly wanted in my new place. Once I told her everything I was looking for, she had the best list imaginable. Julia is amazing!! Moving is so daunting but Julia helped me find a place that is a perfect fit within 48 hours of a phone call with her. She helped facilitate the application process and I was approved and had my deposit down within the day. :)
