In the Shenandoah Valley of Amador County's Sierra Foothills, our "SLO 2 20 Terroir" is perfect for growing Zinfandel grapes, as demonstrated so magnificently over the past 150 years. Our head trained "Zin" was planted in 2001, on water-conserving drip irrigation and is always harvested by hand. We also source premium grapes from some of our areas best vineyards to provide our customers with a diverse selection of wines.

We just opened our beautiful tasting room located in our vineyard and olive groves. SLO 2 20's small grove of two hundred trees, was also planted in 2001, with five Tuscan varietals imported from Italy. Each tree will produce two to four bottles of delicious oil of the highest quality.

From a caterers perspective, this was a wonderful place with wonderful people to interact with. Mark and Marget were filled with joyous hospitality and are very friendly. The property itself has shaded seating and more open seating with some picnic tables around. Beautiful place.

Metal lady named Gail and she was super sweet she didn't work there. They gave us snacks cheese it's in cheese roll thingies and it's because of covid. Pretty good wine nice lady and man, bathroom floors are really cool.

SLO 2 20 owned by Mark and Marget is a real treasure. A wonderful intimate tasting room with fireplace as well as an outdoor patio. Their wines are wonderful and Marget and Mark are passionate about their wines. I would recommend anyone to stop by and linger for a tasting and pairing with a cheese plate. Billy the 15 lb vineyard cat may just want to jump up on your lap while you are tasting.

We have visited SLO 2 20 two times in the past month or so. Loved it so much the first time, we brought friends from SoCal on the 2nd visit. Great people and great wine. Beautiful spot to drink wine. Can’t wait for warmer days to sit on their patio and enjoy a glass.

Great wine, great food, great company! Very cute, small tasting room where we got to sit by the fire while it was raining and have a nice conversation with Mark who is one of the owners with his wife. A great find with some tasty wine and food, we will definitely be back!
